Do not recommend, poor service, bad attitude, horrible experience. I took my son out for ice cream tonight after his soccer practice. He asked to try cookies and cream, when he asked to try strawberry and watermelon, I was given a rude attitude with a mean face, when my son asked to try the bubblegum ice cream, she said No theres a 3 sample maximum with a nasty attitude and mean face. How do you deny a kid an ice cream sample? I felt bad looking at my son and telling him She said No you can’t try the bubble gum ice cream. We’ve been to Kilwins Ice cream at commercial beach, Baskin Robbins and other ice cream shops and have never once been denied an ice cream sample. Going out for ice cream should be a pleasant experience you shouldn’t walk out feeling sad mad and frustrated. WOW! We were craving a sweet treat but on the fence; my husband showed me the reviews and we were in the car within minutes. I had no idea what to expect, but Kim was amazing at walking us through the options/flavors/toppings. It was a hard decision with so many flavors and specials, but I went with the Brownie Sunday with Caramel Flan ice cream and strawberries while my husband got the banana split in a cup. We must have driven by this place for a couple years before stopping and I’ve asked myself why we waited so long to stop several times. This is the freshest ice cream I’ve tasted since my Grandma made it. You can’t beat pure fresh ingredients, but you can mix them up into cool new flavors and treats and they’ve done it.
