I called to order a cuban sandwich. I asked for provolone instead of swiss. She seemed hesitant so I asked if the sandwiches are already pre-made . she didn't answer my question but did state she will make it with provolone. she didn't ask for my name and when I asked until how long to pick it up she hung up before I could spit my words fully out. Normally I wouldn't care BUT I am working and would like to know when to leave so I can time it to prevent from waiting. When I get there the lady did seem nice but overwhelmed or having a bad day. I got back to my office and the sandwich was awful... no exaggeration. I had one pickle no mustard like stated in the menu and the mayo was watery. It's definitely a meaty Cuban. No shortage there. But seemed to lack something. I did not see any Swiss cheese. It had a few pickles. I think it could have used a few more. It was the wettest Cuban I've ever had. The sandwich eventually fell apart while I was eating it.

Service was super quick and friendly. Given the location it's probably a popular place for a quick lunch. There's also a cafeteria style lunch offered. The choices looked good. The did not have my favorite which is picadillo. They offer a huge choice in juices and shakes.
