I gave this place a second chance and was disapointed again!
The 1st time I ordered online, I tipped the 3rd party delivery driver $6.00 cash on a $22.00 order, then I open the bag and discovered it was not my order, the driver called the restautrant and they confirmed they had made a mistake, the driver said she would go get my order and would be right back, an hour later I called and they said they could Not resend me my order??? I said I never received My order to begin with! and I wanted my money back! The man on the phone said it would take 48 hours for my refund to show on my account.
I said I wanted the $6.00 tip returned as well and he said he could not do that because the delivery driver does not work for him.
The 2nd time was yesterday, I went to the restaurant and ordered the meal in person, I ordered General Tos and fried rice and it came with an egg roll, I sat down in their lobby and 5 minutes later the woman sat the bag on the counter and said here you go, I said, No way! theres no way that could be ready, I just sat down, she smiled and said here it is.
Well I opened it in the car and it was all cold as if it was someone eles order that had been sitting on the counter in the back, or the food was prepared hours before and they dumped it in a container for me.
The chicken was hard as a rock and the rice was dry as if to be made hours ago.
I learned a very valuable lesson, And I wanted to share this information with you.

I will not order from here again ...I've ordered from here for over 20 years original people with the little boy was super nice and everything was always right this new group is rude and this last experience has done it. I placed a order over $80 we get to paying part guy says uber will be delivering what do you want to leave as a tip i said I'll give him cash oh no it has to be paid now with order 🤔 ok so I give the tip guy gets here I ask him did u get a tip no mam he close out order we wait no tip older man very nice says that's happened to him there at new China before man thinks customer is placing the order with Uber and we're not the store is long story short we are leaving tips for drivers when placing the order and new China IS NOT GIVING THE DRIVER THE TIP WE LEAVE THEY KEEP IT . I called the store and spoke to the rude man and he couldn't even argue with me just kept saying but you got your food didn't you . I will not order there ever again and I will tell everyone I know what kind of scam they are running up there now. These drivers earn the tip we leave give them the tips. You are horrible...

Definitely needs work.
The food was decent. However, each green pea that I bit into with my fried rice was hollow and appeared to be old or frost bitten.
The egg roll was dry. Could have been reheated a few times prior....
The lomein was actually pretty good. The beef and broccoli was tasty as well.
The customer service was not welcoming or friendly. NEEDS WORK.
The lady behind the counter assisting with packing the to-orders and and pickup orders appeared to have bad hygiene. She just did not look clean. Her clothes were wrinkled and dirty, but not like from working in a kitchen. Not very appealing to patrons at a food place.
My children liked the food but did not see what I saw and are not keen on what to look for when patronizing businesses.... For them I may go back. Bit, hopefully the staff sees this review and makes some changes or I will exercise my right to visit the other Asian Cuisine options...
