I’m not giving this store a bad review, their food is awesome it was my favorite place to eat, but I want to say something about the treatment I received today from their staff because it honestly ruined my entire day. I walked in listening to music with my earbuds and I always listen on full volume to drown out the noise around me and i had just smoked was having a great time, I order my food and as I’m waiting for my food I see this very pretty girl that had multi pigmented skin (I don’t know the actual name so I apologize), and I’m looking at her in awe after getting my drink and putting my sauces in my bag after receiving my food. Soon after, an employee (who I assume was the young lady’s sister, walks up to me and tells me to stop taking pictures of her that I’m weird. I tell her I wasn’t (because I wasn’t) and she proceeds to tell me they saw me taking pictures and it’s on camera, so I say let’s watch the camera then and I have my phone out ready to show her my camera roll and my recently deleted since my snapchat camera roll is backed up to my main camera roll. Her and another coworker refuse to check the cameras, refuse to look at my phone and proceed to call me a weirdo, weird right in front of everyone, which honestly made me want to cry since I really hate being accused like that for doing nothing. The manager comes to speak to me and I tell her what happened. She goes back to speak to the workers and comes back to tell me to leave.
This incident turned my favorite eating spot into a place I cannot return to after being publicly embarrassed. Just because I find someone pretty does not mean I an going to take pictures of them without their consent. I can understand the worker being upset from this happening before, however as I am willing to show her that I was not taking pictures (to my recollection I didn’t even have my phone oit I was just chilling listening to music), I do not think it is acceptable to harrass a customer over that. Read moreThis place should be shut down or re-staffed. My whole experience here has been a major let down. I stopped here on Saturday April 13th for lunch. As soon as I walked into the store the place was dirty. All the tables were dirty the floors were filthy it was just a major mess. As I proceeded to the counter to place my order there was a young African American woman being very loud with the manager who was very unprofessional and being loud using foul language. He was an African American male as well with a beard on his face. So as I was placing my order the technician behind the counter was repeating things back to me and I could not hear him due to this manager and the girl being on the side of the counter where I was standing being very loud unprofessional and cursing. I also made sure that I clarified extremely well that there were to be no tomatoes on my meal. It even said it on the receipt that I got back from the young man that took my order. After receiving my order I took my food to my table and sat down and as I took a bite into my meal it was loaded with tomatoes. I went back to the counter to tell the man that helps me out about the situation with the tomatoes in my meal and the girl that was being very loud automatically jumped to the defense of the people who made the food and said why are you making a big deal over tomatoes? What are you allergic to them? And I said actually yes I am. Everyone else in the kitchen started saying rude things as well such as the man that made my food. My overall experience here was so bad I don't even feel like writing about it anymore. I just want to make it clear that I will never come back here again in any one that decides they want to come here to eat be very cautious of ordering your food from here or sitting in a public place that allows families to be surrounded by people like this. I really hope that they re staff this entire location to help keep the reputation of Taco Bell where it should be because this place totally set a bad example and one of the main reasons why I will probably never go to Taco...

I was missing items from my $40 order I called the restaurant to let the crew know that I was missing to item so I could come back and retrieve them they answered the phone I let them know what was going on they said could you hold one moment please I said sure that's fine then a few seconds later they hung up on me when I arrive to the store I let the person working the drive-through know that I was here to get the to items I was missing and also that 1 of my drink was only filled half way up they told me that drinks are only filled up to a certain line and I showed them that it was barely halfway full as I pulled up to the drive-through window to get my items I asked to speak to the manager on duty which her name is Maria as soon as I pulled up she was giving me an attitude immediately I let her know I was the 1 who called and that someone had hung up on me when they answered the phone she told me know she didn't hang up on you I told it a mute you and she kept cutting me off she wouldnt let me finish my sentence to let her know the call was completely ended it wasn't that it was just muted they hung up the phone completely then I made her aware of what happened with the frozen drinks she had just a horrible attitude about fixing the problem there was no thank you for coming there was no apology she was just rolling her eyes as I was speaking and when I asked her for the general manager or a corporate numbers she informed me that she had no contact information for them so that there was no email or phone number where I could reach anybody about it and that I should come back on Tuesday if I had any problems and address those problems with her GM who I believe she said his name was tron horrible customer service will never come back to this...
