La Mia Pizza and Wings cutler — Restaurant in Florida

OK we originally ordered from the app slice and we ordered a cheese pizza and an order of the wings. It took them exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes to finally get our food but heres the problem. The food was with the delivery guy for an hour and a half so when we got our food, it was cold and the wings were dry so I called to get a refund or to replace the meal and they declined so If you order anything from them be ready to wait two hours for it and for the pizza to be cold and dry and get this, they put the pizza in a smaller box than the pizza so the pizza was damn near folded up I mean this was disaster and for them not to offer a refund is ridiculous and shows how they do business there are plenty of pizza places in the area. Tried placing a phone order for delivery. It was absolutely impossible with the person who answered the phone. I spoke clearly and repeated my order to him over and over.
