Burger King — Restaurant in Goulds

This Burger King restaurant is a disaster. I can't fully comprehend how its still in business, but I recommend that the administration take its responsibilities much more serious. To start off, the entire staff needs to be retrained and coached on the value and importance of basic customer service.

Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcomed is a standard in any successful business. During every one of my visits here, I've experienced an underperforming, unhappy and aggravated staff delivering less than adequate service.

Food preparation takes much longer than usual in comparison with other local Burger Kings, whether you walk in or make your purchase at the drive-thru. The staff is care free and seem comfortable with their misconduct. More than once, I have witnessed them discussing personal matters and arguing right in front of the customers, only to find that the manager has nothing to say about it.

To their credit, the bathrooms and eating area have been clean and organized when I have entered the premises. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can share about my experience. From an administrative perspective, it is a very unprofessional working environment which consistently delivers low quality service to its customers. The staff's behavior speaks mountains about the Owner's attention to detail and their relationship/communication with staff and upper management.

I have given this Burger King the benefit of the doubt a few times, but I honestly cannot recommend the place to anyone based on my personal experience. Please go elsewhere, as there is a large variety of restaurants in the nearby area that will exceed your...

This Burger King I will highly recommend that no one goes there why because the bathrooms are horrible they're disgusting there's pee all on the floor there's never tissue there's never paper towels never hand soap to wash your hands and they let homeless people come in there and let just anyone use it it's disgusting in there. Next, the whole building in the inside of dining area needs so much work done it looks so nasty there's always flies on the table and have crusty food on them from other people eating and not coming out there wiping them off and keeping them clean, the garbage cans there never have bags in the them so you can throw trash away so people leave their trash on the tables, when you go take your order the cashiers always doing something else or on their phone have attitudes the girls that work the drive thru window are very rude and the ones that give you your food at the other side of the counter they always have attitudes if you tell them to give you more napkins or ketchup they throw stuff at you they roll their eyes if they your drink is not right they get an attitude they throwing stuff around if your order wasn't right or they didn't do it right they get attitude with you they talk back to you which is very disrespectful. I have given this location more tries than one with the same outcome. BAD attitudes, stocking the dining room while I am waiting on one breakfast sandwich, not getting what I asked for. I asked for a knife and fork and the person walked away from the window. When you open your bag, you're always surprised what's in it. 2 times, I have driven to the order area and window and there is no one open yet. I guess they were late opening. I know they don't get paid much money, but at this rate, they will always make this kind of money and it is no one's fault but their own. No blame can be laid out for this this kind of behavior. I worked at a fast food restaurant working my way through college. I would not have lasted 30 minutes with this kind of attitude. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back. I don't need this behavior and cockiness first thing in the morning. I am surprised it is still open for business. It won't be much longer with this kind of treatment to the customers going on.
