If I could give a worse review I would but here we go. Don’t waste your money. After reading endless reviews before we decided to come here we were so so stoked and ready to have a good time. But unfortunately we received the WORST customer service we have ever gotten. My two kiddos each paid $55 for the 2 hour unlimited pass for the go karts, obstacle course, splash pad, and the other things they had to offer and they were treated terribly. My 12 year old girl was not strapped in correctly to the ropes course thing her leg straps were completely loose and they didn’t even tighten them and she felt very unsafe, when she mentioned it to the workers she was completely blown off and they just said “that’s weird” “I’ve never had a complaint before” and didn’t even try to tighten it or make her feel more secure. So she only did part of the course before she felt to unsafe to go anymore. We waited in line for the go karts for over an hour and the people who bought $15 tickets were allowed to just go before everyone else even though we and multiple other families had passes and had been waiting. When concern was expressed the little blonde worker boy rudely snapped and said “ did you do the ropes course first?” When we said yes he goes “you should’ve come here first if you wanted to ride” So one of my kiddos was able to ride the go karts once which was fine but he paid to be able to go as many times as he could during the 2 hours and one of my kiddos didn’t even get to go. When I expressed my frustration to the manager he was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. I told him what his worker said the manager goes “I never said that” even though I clearly said you’re go kart worker and he just walked off. I wanted a partial refund for the kids because they did not get unlimited play for the 2 hours and the manager ignored me and dismissed my request and told the girl at the ticket start to give me a rain check card for only one of my kids to come back the next day which I do appreciate it but We are from Oklahoma we planned out our excursions and it was not an option to come back here as we had driven almost 35 mins to come here.
This is the Worst management and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would not waste your money because they could care less about your children’s safety especially if you...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but our experience here was such a bummer that I decided I should write one now. It's Easter weekend, so I expected it to be crowded, but what I didn't expect was for the pass we paid for to end up being wayyyyyy more expensive than if we'd just bought tickets. We bought three 2-hour go-cart passes, and ended up riding ONE TIME during those two hours. The line was so long, and the kid managing the ride so uninterested in doing anything to make things more efficient, that we waited about 40 minutes for our ride, which we only got on by jumping up and down and pointing to the open single-carts we would get on, then rode for maybe five minutes. We got off and got back in line and about twenty minutes into that, we decided to give up and go home because we clearly had another 20-30 of waiting left. It's not Escape from Gringott's. It's a tiny go-cart track on Pensacola Beach. Oh, and we also missed like 20 minutes of our passes waiting to park, but I consider that a my-fault-for-not-arriving-earlier thing. Second thing, which is the reason I'm sitting here writing this review on a Sunday at the beach: Safety. There was one pretty young guy assigned to the go-carts. He spent most of his time chatting with a nearby employee assigned to a different feature, looking at his phone, etc. When we went to get in our carts he asked my 11 year old, who has never ridden a go-cart in his life, if he "knows the rules" and was about to walk away when I stopped him and asked him to tell us the rules. I couldn't get my seat belt buckled, and couldn't get his attention to get his help. Finally, I kind of got it buckled, but of course it came unbuckled while I was on the track and that was just not fun. After not paying attention to the track the whole ride, the guy waved the checkered flag, then spent the rest of the time looking at his phone again. Someone else's kid completely missed the offramp and it took him an insane amount of time to notice her just sitting in the middle of the track. Honestly, if someone gets hurt and decides to sue this place, feel free to shoot me an email. Your lawyer can depose me. At least the go-carts are so slow it probably reduces the risk...
