Intracoastal Outfitters — Local services in Santa Rosa Island

Too say I was embarrassed as a local and disappointed is an understatement. I rarely, almost never leave a bad review. While your store is nice, with great location and selection, your staff on Sunday July 10th was horrible to customers. I had friends here visiting and the way they spoke to customers was unacceptable. A rain storm came in. I watched the girls laugh at a customer when they fell outside the store on the slippery boardwalk. The 3 girls working told customers they needed to just go, the rain was not going to stop. At one time one held the door closed almost as if she was keeping people from coming in. Then they proceeded to tell my friend, when she said she had spent a long day at the beach for Blue Angel's, that they had to work 16 hours against their will and they didn't feel bad for her being stuck in traffic (which she was just making conversation) I was going to make a purchase and put my items back and left. I've made a point to shop here whenever I visit Pensacola, and the experience has been consistently top notch every time. The owner is friendly, interesting and knowledgable and the inventory is always cutting edge. During my most recent visit I discovered a line of clothing made by a company called TASC. Very cool stuff, all natural fibers including bamboo. Smaller retailers can bring in new products more quickly than the big guys, and this store never disappoints in that area. This place is awesome! Went to many different shops in pensacola on our trip and this was by far the best selection and hands down the best customer service I have seen on the boardwalk. These girls here greater us immediately and were very attentive. They were all extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me and my husband find the perfect outfits, accessories, and gifts.
