This is a great place for beginners of VR and average Quest users. For new ones Free-Roam is a great introduction for its simplicity and ease into the game environment. And even if you already play VR its really fun to be be able to walk around and not stuck to one space. Another thing is the Haptics Vests which is a highly recommended experience in my opnion for even if you're new or used to VR it adds extra immersion for a cheaper price than buying the equipment yourself. If you've tried free-roam and enjoyed it you should also try stationary PCs. It isn't much different from a Quest but it does give you the good bonus of playing together with your family or friends. And if you enjoyed the Haptic Vests and like racing then the racing Sims are a must. I don't even know how to drive on it good but its plenty fun to mess around in the full motion if thats your type of fun. It's also good for those who are more serious into racing with its haptics. Overall this is a great place for families and friends who want to play VR together but don't want to spend thousands on their own. I don't have friends so I can't rate that experience but it was fun with family. Last thing to mention is try to come with atleast 5 minutes of wiggle room in your schedule as the headsets take a second to be put on for everyone and for everyone to get used to...
Read moreThe owner, Michael, donated entry to members of a disability group home I work with. The boys had an absolute blast, this place is incredibly fun and state of the art. This is not your home game system VR. I had no idea VR had advanced so far, but VR adventure zone is on another level. The staff Talon and Ghost helped make my guys feel comfortable using the devices and being immersed in a vr world safely. Their system and arenas are user friendly for people with disabilities and younger gamers, and fun and impressive enough for older adults to have a great time. They have several different game/world variants to explore, all which seemed like a good time. We played the âcops and robbersâ game world, which seems like a 5th element type world that leads you straight into action with your friends. You kind of have to see it to believe how good it is, I canât recommend Vr adventure highly enough. Iâll be back with my friends to try to other worlds and games. Another cool thing that comes with your entry, is a hidden retro arcade behind the Vr arenas. They have all the best old school games. X-men, Blitz, NBA Jam, Galaga, PAC man, ninja turtles. All the games from the peak time of arcades....
Read moreI took my little sister here for our brother sister day and we had a BLAST. We did the free roam and played Cops Vs Robbers, and it was super fun. (We almost got the top 100 in the leaderboard! Which is impressive, there's a few thousand entries!)
Being able to actually walk around in such a BIG space while playing VR was so cool. We own VR headsets ourselves at home, but we don't have nearly as much space. (My room is so small that I can't play certain games cuz I know that I'm going to hit something.) The employees, Talon and Julie, gave us a tour of the place before we played because we were interested in playing, and turns out this place was even cooler than I thought! They have a normal arcade in the back that's all you can play, all day pass!
The attention to cleanliness is also something I noted. Before handing us equipment and after taking it back from us, Talon made sure to wipe the headset and clean the lenses. Plus, everything was spotless as we were shown around. Knowing that they care about cleanliness so much is very important to know, especially if you're bringing kids!
My sister and I had a wonderful time, and I will definitely be coming back! This place is...
