The Squeeze at the beach — Restaurant in Santa Rosa Island

The "Squeeze" is one of the finest eating establishments in the history of eating establishments. I would go there almost EVERY day after work with the homie Charlie (at the time I worked as a surgeon at Ascension Sacred Heart) & I would usually get the "Italian style on Bay" with whatever smoothie I would be feeling at the time (I've had them all at least 1,000 times). from there I would engage in conversation with Kyra, Vanessa, & or Evelyn. They are incredibly warm, friendly, & exceptionally smart. I kept up this routine for many months, & all of a sudden on some random Tuesday my soon-to-be fiancé sits RIGHT next to me. she got the exact same smoothie as I did (The "Hot Summer") & I couldn't help but to make fun of her attempting to steal my swagg. I couldn't ask for a better way to meet. It feels like a lifetime ago, but I have no idea how I could live life without her. I am a long-time customer who has seen how hard these women behind the counter. they keep their workplace clean at all times, no matter what kind of day they're having they are the absolute sweetest towards the customers (even the ones who don't deserve it), & MOST IMPORTANTLY the food/ smoothies TASTE GREAT! I mainly come for the food, but staying a moment longer to chat with Kyra, or one of the others, is always a lovely bonus. 11/10...

This was my second time there. Both times were really disappointing. Im trying to get a juice and smoothie made of real fresh or frozen fruit but it seems like fake flavored not fresh stuff being marketed as fresh and priced like it's fresh!. I asked the girl specifically if there was fresh squeezed juice because it says that on the menu but my smoothie the first time tasted fake. I thought well my bad maybe the smoothie is different than the juice. She pointed to the machine and described the flavors. It didn't look too homemade but i got it anyway for $9.50 for a cup of what tastes like a regular grocery store bottled/boxed juice poured over a cup full of ice. So i don't know what fresh means to them, but to me it means something you make in house with no added preservatives, sugar, natural flavor etc. and there is no way this is. To make matters worse i was given 20 bucks as a birthday gift and i wasted it on this. Wish i could get a refund for both times for false...

I love this place so much the girls are so nice very cheap and the drinks are so good also the place is so pretty I spent so much time talking to them the service is very fast and they are very so kindly nice I would go there every day if I could I suggest you to go follow their instagram and try the place out they have the best food I have ever tried also very hard working these girls are amazing god...
