I have been there twice, the first time I wanted a large pepperoni pizza, with mushrooms. I assumed they have a $5 pepperoni pizza so I just have them add mushrooms and be charged accordingly. That was not the case I was told that they cannot make that, there was very much of a communication issue. The manager came out and argued with me as well. I said don't you make a pepperoni, and mushroom large pizza? And she says yes we do it'll be $12. I was hungry so I agreed and purchase the pizza and, but that is a $7 difference, it's not so much the price it's being argued with for no reason.
The second instance was today I wanted to buy pizzas for my customers, they have the $5 hot and ready drive-thru special, I figured how much anguish could this cause me? So I drove up to the drive-in Window, and it was answered promptly, I asked for four hot and ready pepperoni pizzas, and the lady said I can give you two, and something else I think she said two cheese pizzas. She then asked me to hold on and she closed the window, came back after about 30 seconds and told me that I had to pull up forward, I asked her what I was going to receive, in a nasty tone she told me I need to pay, and I said pay for what four hot and ready pepperoni pizzas? She argued again with me something I could not understand, and insisted that I pay, at that time I just left and went to dinos. And needless to say I will not be back to this...

Last night, I drove thru after a long week of dealing with medical stuff for elderly parent. The kind gentleman serving me apologetically asked me to wait just a minute. I don’t think I had to wait 30 seconds. Brought me my mobile order with a smile on his face…and thanked me for the wait. When I said no problem, it was super fast service. He went on to thank me for being a customer, and saying how much he appreciated the customers because it meant they all had jobs. I can’t remember the last time I was thanked for being a customer! I told him he completely brightened my week up, and meant it. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. The whole experience left me feeling like this business must be well managed if the staff were happy to have jobs there.
I will absolutely be swinging thru again - the pizza is great, drive thru is so convenient, and the stellar staff makes me want to return soon! Keep up...

Stated my name and spelled it out to the first person I was on the phone with twice before being passed on to another gentleman who from my previous experience is very nice but tonight decided he didn't like my tone after I gave HIM my name in the order different times. Advised me I needed to calm down and I didn't need to get loud with him (while simulation getting loud with me) My wife whom was listening to me on the phone was likewise confused by what is normally a great service experience. It sounds like they need a few days off.....a little tense for customer service. Also..pay attention, if your customer has to repeat the same info to 2 different people for a total of 7 times...be understanding if they sound a little frustrated and maybe...
