I have never walked into a relatively low-cost fast food establishment expecting stellar service, but my experience at this Little Caesars location has undoubtedly raised the bar miles high for any restaurant I will ever visit from this point forward. Every employee working this night seemed to be working in near perfect cohesion- taking orders, preparing the food, every aspect of maintaining the store observable to a customer waiting for their order. When Khalil Palmer first spoke to me, it was because he had noticed that myself and another gentleman had been waiting for our food for a slight bit longer than usual. He assured us both that he would personally see to it that we received our food as timely as possible. Sure enough, the other gentleman’s order was promptly fulfilled. When Mr. Palmer noticed that I was still waiting, he went extraordinarily far out of his way to make me feel like I wasn’t just another $20 walking in and out the door- I felt like I was genuinely a valued customer. Not the fake sincerity one grows accustomed to from similar establishments, or even high-end ones; Khalil made it known that he takes his job seriously and treats every last customer with care far beyond what is expected and required of him. As I waited, I heard and observed personally how under his leadership, this store operated at maximum efficiency and produced maximum customer satisfaction. Clearly, Mr. Palmer is a natural-born leader with so much more ability to come as he advances in his incredibly promising career. Read moreI thought I'd giveit another shot. Previous review below. But boy was I wrong. I was given the wrong pizza and I don't know how but my online order was pepperoni instead of cheese. I called and stated that i wanted cheese not pepperoni but i could not get back there. If they could bring it to me or just refund my money for the pizza but they refused. Said i did it online and it was my fault. Worst customer service still. It wasnt about the money more so the woman on the phone and her rude and obnoxious attitude. On top of that when i picked up the order to begin with it took several minutes to get their attention to get the sauce for the crazy bread. They were busy talking in the back.

Read morePoor customer service!! I went here yesterday. Both employees working didn’t even acknowledge mine or my sister presences when we walked in. Neither one of them made eye contact with me or my sister. The guy taking our order wasn’t even paying attention while we were ordering messed up our order two times before getting it corrected the third time. They told us it would be 3 minutes no big deal, we waited inside and I looked the the back of the store (kitchen you can see right into the kitchen) and BOTH EMPLOYEES HAD THERE MASKS OFF WHILE MAKING OUR FOOD!!!
