After a long time, I decided to give this place another try. I looked at the online menu and thought of placing an order. Being cumbersome, asking for a lot of information and paying in advance; I opted to call in my order around 6:00. I was advised there would be a "15- 20 minute wait." I showed up at 6:25. Waiting patiently in the full lobby for my turn to speak to one of the girls working the counter. I asked for my order. Then she took payment and conveyed my order, a simple cheese pizza with extra cheese, was not ready. I stood to the side and waited. The place was very busy. I watched as many customers came, placed orders, and received them. After standing and waiting for 30 minutes, I heard someone say something like my name. I went to the table where finished orders were set, pending pick-up. I approached a woman, I suspect was managing the store. I told her I placed my order an hour ago and had been waiting for 30 minutes; showing her the receipt. She looked over the boxes on the "ready" table. Picked up my order and handed it to me. I asked how long it had been sitting on the table; she replied it was "just taken out." Feeling the bottom of the box, I could tell it had been sitting there for quite a while. It was certainly NOT STEAMING as the ones given to people who had ordered and were given their orders while I waited. The cheese pizza was identical to any I bought there previously called "Hot & Ready." This was my final time to give my business to this place. When the people lie to me, provide better service to all other customers, make me wait, then ultimately hand me an unacceptable product; my patronage will...
Read moreThe food here is good. But I'll give credit to Little Ceasars for that because most of them are pretty consistent when it comes to quality, so obviosly they have a really good system in place for their employees to follow.
The problem with this location is the customer service by the young female employee that works the front counter. Almost every time that I come to this location, she is there working and EVERY TIME she is working, the hot and ready lunch combos are never ready. They should probably take down the sign that says "Hot and Ready" and replace it with "It will be about 5-10 minutes", because that is the line she uses EVERY TIME! By the way, 5-10 minutes actually means about 10-15 minutes or more from my past experience. Not to mention her terrible attitude and how she makes all of the customers feel like they are bothering her.
The only time that I can go to this location on my lunch break and get a hot and READY pizza without any issues, is when the other female employee is working the front counter, which isn't too often. Based off my experience and other negative reviews, this location would be much better without the young lady working...
Read moreI recommend for anyone to use the PIZZA PORTAL! Don’t have to wait in line and stand or speak to the employees :) unless there’s a problem with the portal. But I had no issues for being the first time. Pay with card only. Plus I remember a while back a classic pizza would only be $5.10 now it’s $6 something. On the app it’s exactly $5.00 not including tax. So it turned out to be $5.43, and I used a promo for free crazy bread. Valid as of 12/12 (CRAZY). Make sure to add crazy bread before checkout, then you can type in promo. Make sure to always be on look out for promos. And I put my phone number and email to receive the notification for when order is done but I never got anything from my phone so I recommend to check email instead. But either way they have a time frame from when it should be in portal. All you need is to type the number and it will automatically open up :)...
