08/14/2023 at 1:49Pm Transaction #4577. This establishment should be Temporarily CLOSED!! I own a business very close by and frequently send employees to grab lunch from KFC. Today I had a break in the day so I figured I would go in myself. What a Mistake!! I ordered two meals. A Famous Bowl and Three Piece Chicken Meal. Only request NO Corn. After leaving and returning to my business which is less than a two minute commute I noticed the food was cold and over cooked. I then returned to request fresh food. The Manager at the counter had the worst disposition. He then opened the food at the counter to verify the condition of the food, which was hard to deny. I offered my receipt to show proof that the order had been placed less than 5 minutes prior. Standing in the lobby waiting for the food was undesirable. Considering how uncomfortable the workers made me feel. As if I had done something wrong. When the food quality and prep is to BLAME. I then received my food and walked to my vehicle. I had another manager run behind me in the parking area to ask where or not I had requested cheese on the Famous Bowl. I responded by saying indeed I requested cheese but opted out of CORN.(We are currently in the parking area)I then pulled the Bowl out of the bag and indeed it had corn. The manager then proceeded to grab the bowl and walk inside. I proceeded to follow. The manager then went to the back and began to remake the bowl when the other abrupt manager indicated it may be my fault for not saying something. The most appalling part of this. The manager then before reissuing my Famous Bowl to me dug in the garbage behind the registers and retrieved my receipt from there.(By digging inside the can) He then handed me the receipt out the trash and the food. He then repeated to the other manager (((INDEED SHE DID ORIGINALLY REQUEST NO CORN))). After then proceeded right back to the food prepping area. I will no longer visit this Business due to the unsanitary practices and unprofessional Management. This is not the way customers...
Read moreI have visited KFC multiple times, this KFC has really went downhill, every time I get this food it’s terrible and greasy. And has no flavor. The manager Waymon is awful, I have never seen that man smile, How in the world can you be head of an establishment and not crack one smile? He has no personality at all and no expressions. My son Donald Simmons use to work there, he put in a two weeks notice like he should’ve done just to be professional. My son basically said Waymon laughed in his face, and in the middle of my son working his two weeks notice Waymon tells him that his service is no longer needed. Waymon made sure that he told my son that his service wasn't needed after he hired somebody else. Waymon refused to let my son work out his two weeks notice. I’m raising my son to be a gentlemen, be professional, and do things right. Waymon undermines the integrity that I’m trying to instill in my son. My son went to another job and got promoted after 6 months, he’s only 17 and he works hard. So my child definitely didn’t miss anything...
Read moreThe dining in area is closed. You can only use the drive through! Into which the line is always long and the line of cars are all the way out on the main street. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. It is a very difficult place to get into. If you are coming from the Walmart there is no turning lane to get into KFC. So you must go all the way up to parsons turn left go down by the dollar tree make a upturn then go back to the light wait and then turn right back on to Martin Luther King Blvd go back down stay in the right lane and you will see the cars waiting to turn in , just get behind then and Wai and wait. Then once you get to KFC turn in and wait some more. The whole process takes about 30 minutes just to get to order your food. The chicken use to be good, but the last two times it has been terrible. The extra crispy chicken was soggy with grease!!! THE original recipe was overdone! So if you have to have KFC in Seffner you will have a wait, so a ot yourself some...
