Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The absolute only reason I’m giving 1 star is because ZERO isn’t an option! I come here once a week to get my kids pizza and cheesy bread (because it’s their favorite pizza). Anyhow, that has ended as of tonight and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Just like any other time I order at the speaker, pull up to the window to pay and I’m ALWAYS told it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait. Per usual, I park in the front and always wait longer than I was told. Tonight, I was told it would be a 20 minute wait (it’s the weekend, it’s 6pm so you’d think they’d have at least SOME things “Hot -N- Ready” like their motto) NOPE! Not even close. I waited a total of 45 minutes! When I went in to see what the issue was this time (it’s always something), two employees were texting on their phones and two others were talking about their daily lives. When one of them finally came up, I was told that my order was given to another person! REALLY? Not only did I just waste 45 minutes for absolutely NOTHING, I had to tell my kids that we had to go elsewhere because apparently they don’t care anything about their customers! Which obviously, my children were upset being they were hungry and excited to get one of their favorites. They didn’t even offer to remake my order or even suggest a different alternative to resolve THEIR issue. They slid my card for a refund and I was told to have a “good night”. I’ve never seen a manager in sight but whoever is “running” this place, I highly suggest a bit more training for them as well as their employees! Time management is obviously nonexistent as well as common sense! I’m sure I’m not the only regular customer that they’ve lost but I most definitely will NOT be...

So I went in and ordered and the girl walked away before I could get my receipt so I stood there for like 5 mins just to get it so I could go out and wait for the 15 mins they said it'd be. I came in after 20 mins and apparently my pizzas were not ready , even though no one acknowledged me and told me that. So I waited another 20 mins . They were busy with only 2 employees so I know they were overwhelmed but they have horrible customer service skills. The MOD was the rudest one. I run 3 restaurants and would have fired any employee that treated customers the way she did. While I was waiting the MOD waited on another customer who had not even ordered yet in order to pay but she looked at me and said, " can you move back so he can pay! ", in the rudest tone. ( I was in front of the debit machine) . I would have fired her on the spot. They also are not sanitary. They didn't wear gloves, touched everything and I never saw any of them wash their hands one time. Thank GOD the 3rd girl that came in as my pizza was coming out put gloves on and grabbed my pizza. I even saw the MOD touch the crust of a pizza that was sitting on the counter to see if it was warm . GROSS. She had already touched the computer screen, handles on warmers, paper and even the drink cooler THAT CUSTOMERS TOUCH! I got a pretzel pizza , which was OK and a thin crust pepp that was burnt. I will make sure people in this town goes else where to get pizza. Sad because it's the only LC around but I doubt if I'll...

I want to start by saying I understand the staff shortages. However bring short and having workers that literally will not work are two different things.

2:28 I arrived I understand that my food might not be ready. I waited.

2:35 I asked if it might be done soon. They said they just put it on the oven.

2:45 asked again. "Oh we just put it in."

3:00 I asked again they said what did you have? I said just give me a refund. The manager told the pizza maker to do the refund. Pizza girl said "I've been here a week I have no idea how to do refunds." The Manger just wandered around doing nothing. I asked why she couldn't make pizzas she said I'm the manager I don't make pizzas. I said well you're not doing anything at all. She got on the phone (to complain about customers not to take orders) instead of doing the refund.

3:05 I finally left and in the whole time I was there 6 people came in for thier food. And in 35 mins 1 pizza went out. And it was a mistake because they cut it wrong.

If you can't make pizzas don't work at a pizza place.

If you can't manage a store don't be a manager.

All of these problems are due to bad management. That particular manager. Once she's fired it should go...
