I am giving this Subway 5 Stars because of 1 employee, whose name I shamefully do not remember. She was working on Saturday, February 18, 2022, around 3:30 - 4 pm when I stopped in, starving of course, and ordered a tuna footlong.
You may ask yourself why I give this joint a 5 star rating, just because of the performance of 1 employee. My answer to that is because she was the only employee that made it to work this afternoon..
With more grace, and manners than I have seen in a long while, she explain that they were very short staffed at this time, she was the only 1 there to take care of everything, and asked myself, and the other customers to please be patient with her and she would get us took care of right away.
With those words she began to turn off the oh so annoying beepers to the ovens and other timed out equipment, took orders, began making sandwiches for all, cashing us out out with well wishes to each one, and never once complained or blamed anyone, she smiled and giggled the entire time she was taking such care of us all, orders were correct, food bins stocked, nothing burnt, restaurant cleaned, tables wiped, floors swept, all the while smiling, not complaining, not assigning blame, , with not a hint of rudeness in her voice.
Boss man - I give your joint 5 stars because of this young lady, and I hope to hear upon my return, that she was rewarded for her loyalty, superb attitude, and perseverance under less than perfect (way less than perfect) circumstances - like a really nice raise...
Read moreI used to absolutely love Subway. It may sound weird but the tuna sub was always my favorite. We had not had a sub in a very long time so we decided to divert from our usual habit which is a Publix sub. When we got there they did not have any fresh tuna so I decided to get the number 8 which is a garlic chicken sandwich. I was also with two other people and while they were making our sandwiches they got them all mixed up and then one of the other people I was with didn't want the same stuff on their sandwich the guy behind the counter started just picking everything off the sandwich instead of remaking it. By far this is the worst experience that I have ever had at a subway not to mention that the chicken that came on my sandwich was extremely slimy and nasty I could not even eat it they did however give me a refund for my sandwich. While we were sitting in Subway and the other people I was with started eating their sandwiches will you notice one of the guys behind the counter came to the front to grab a drink and had his same gloves on not only touch the door handle but then went back to the food line and started making another sandwich. Read moreI ordered 3 subs in April thought I would treat myself after being in the hospital. I left the hospital 65 years old with oxygen ordering online didn't seem to work called the store and they answered no order so I order online again now I have 2 orders right after the other . Was told the guy canceled my first order then a month later when I get my bank statement I was charged both times . I have tried texting calling and finally I went in person dragging my oxygen tank to resolve my orders left my name number and the district manager was supposed to call me today I waiting all day then starred phoning the store about 8 pm consistently for an hour no one would answer. I am not rich I receive social security .so I am very disappointed in subway this subway I will never believe ignorant workers at any fast food places check check check before you even leave.
