I came here one week ago and ordered a two piece chicken tender meal after leaving the restaurant I found out my fries were still frozen. Only a few of them were cooked. The rest of them were still frozen and my chicken was old chicken tenders that they just re-dipped in the fryer to heal up. I called and spoke with Bill Who said he was a general manager and he said that he was very sorry that that’s what I received and that to come back whenever and tell them that I spoke with him and he would replace My meal. Today I came in and told the lady on the speaker that I spoke with Bill last week and he said that he would replace my meal and I ordered the same two piece chicken tender meal and was told by store manager Sal That he was not going to make my order unless I had a receipt I told him I did not have my receipt that I called and spoke with Bill last Sunday and he told me he was not going to remake my order. I think this is very unprofessional and Sal needs better training If he’s going to be a store manager. UPDATE 02/15/25 Called back again today in hopes to speak with Bill and see if we could get this resolved but I ended up talking to Sal again today and was told that Bill is Sals assistant manager. Sal knew exactly who I was and when I asked to speak to bill Sal started saying “I also seen that…(stopped talking but then continued and said) let me just leave the office” then Bill got on the phone. Was told by Bill that “unfortunately that’s how that’s going to be handled you need an original receipt” Would have been nice to known that when I first called 3 weeks ago. Do NOT waste your time here or even bother going here unless you want recooked rubbery food and...

Read more7:30 p.m.: Ordered fish dinner and went to load up on tartar sauce, you know, the bulk kind with a pump with which to serve the sauce. Not there. I asked for a tartar refill, but all they had were small sauce packets--NOT the same. The packet-kind smells bad, tastes completely different. I said, "Fine, may I have some vinegar?" "Sorry, we're out of vinegar." Jesus. I got my money back and then a slaw craving got flung on me, so I ordered the family size slaw for $5. They handed me a bag with four tiny single portions with 3 oz in each, 12 oz total. Yeah, I weighed them. I'm a nerd; it's my burden. 42 cents per ounce for cabbage. I guess I'm just old. This store is also a Taco Bell... is that what's up? I know Yum! Brands is the parent company for both, but you'd think the company would want both to at least (really... AT LEAST) provide high-quality food and the same branded items served at stand-alone stores. Like good tartar sauce. I am grateful, though. That's one 45-minute round trip I'll never again...
