Reading these reviews makes me laugh . Typical miami cheapskates! We visited this place and it was amazing ! Folks this isnt taco bell where you get a taco for 2 bucks and a burrito for the same price. As consumers we must understand dining out comes with costs as most other pleasures considered A LUXURY IN LIFE . With this said we must think and compare apples to apples prior to placing a damaging review on a small quaint beautiful little place that offers you nothing but smiles from the staff and great food for what you are paying. If youre dining out you should afford for a small caliber of operation like this one to spend 10 bucks or 12 on a plate. You have to take it all in while sitting there to be fair and judge things with an open mind . My experience ...my thought...best mexican restaurant in miami ...best mexican restaurant zagat rated in miami lakes...hands down best priced restaurant coupled with good service in hialeah as well. I dine out a lot and i frequent all sorts of places and i can tell you to find a nice spot in miami thats not crowded with low class clientele at this price with good food....is very challenging . People are very demanding yet they dont back it up with deep wallets. Dine at brickell sure be demanding . Dine at key biscayne have it your way. Dine here have a great experience paying a fraction of the price in a quaint atmosphere. Great ambience! I shall be returning and you should too and allow them if you thought about experience or are not so hot experience to make things right because this place is really amazing for the price bracket it's in and the...
Read moreWe ordered yesterday some duos that come one burrito one option of quesadillas we ordered the 2 options as quesadillas the only difference was that one was with onions that looks like 2 tacos is suppose to be the quesadilla and the other one since it was for my kid and he only wanted cheese and chicken as it said in menu and picó de gallo etc on side. Well his came with tomatoes inside and cilantro which kids are picky of. Mine looked like 2 tacos as you can see in pictures we also had 2 tostadas but only ate the top part no tostada there since when it gome home it was soggggyyy like you could not enjoy nothing else then the salad and chicken. It was not bad in flavor but we love Mexican food and somehow this was ok but not as expected. Better tostadas it was like a bland corn tortilla nothing crunchy like the word tostadas refers to.The rice is a normal vegetable rice not Mexican yellow rice. The tortilla soups were superrrr yummmm we liked those. The big salads with chicken those are the (tostadas) which I had to slide out of the plate it comes since it could not be grabbed with hands because it...
Read moreEat here! The food is off the hook. I spent two months in the area visiting family and I frequented this establishment. The tacos de carne asada, al pastor and carnitas are all delicious. The meats are well marinated and the accompanying sauces match well with eat taco. The quesadilla michoacana was something I had not tried before but repeated more than once. The mix of cheese with mushrooms and salsa made me lick my plate clean every time. The ceviches are both delightfully fresh and had the perfect amount of citrus taste. The horchata is a must have which I had with every meal I ordered with the exception of the occasional chelada as I am not a regular alcohol drinker but paired well with the ceviches I ordered. The fried beans and red rice are as close to what my mom makes at home which made my heart and stomach happy when I was missing home. Please visit this place and enjoy the bright and friendly atmosphere along with all the delectable food options, you really can’t go wrong with anything...
