First Watch — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

At the beginning Everything Is Beautiful the service customer service 100% good then company starts falling off every morning I order oatmeal they separate everything the milk the strawberries the banana and the walnuts lately they throwing everything together in one small bowl I don't say nothing I leave it alone I eat is an order to go they take so long 44 minutes to do an oatmeal and when they did give it to me today everything is in a small bowl crammed together oatmeal Drive very very hard it on the way out a lady that she didn't take my order tells me in front of everybody did you pay I said yes I did then she continues telling one of the workers did he pee in front of everybody I told her if you're not going to believe me why ask me then I said his my credit card I'm going to pay and then the lady that attended me came running and said he paid already in which I did the lady Spanish girl that greeted me in the entrance I think she's Colombian very friendly very friendly she gave me an extra muffin because she knew I waited quite a while I'm calling back to complain about the oatmeal ain't nobody answers I cannot go back due to I'm at the job right now I used to order before I get there in the morning the answer I pick up the order and I go now nobody picks up the phone for nothing I rated this so good five stars in the beginning I wish I could...

Been to this location twice. Food is always impeccable! Not the same can be said about the service at this location. Not sure if it was out server or service is generally like this at this location. On both my visits here we coincidentally had the same server. First time around me and my family figured it was full since it was mother's day and left it at that. Second time around with the same server was even worse. Multiple times we have to stop a different server or table cleaner to hand us utensils, napkins and water. Our server brought us our appetizers and never came back to give us plates or silverware. We had to ask someone to please get us water. My mother ordered an alcoholic beverage; all beverages were brought except hers. 10 or so minutes later our waitress comes back to state theirs no more. This is unacceptable, we should not have to ask multiple employees to do the basics of handing us our silverware and bringing us water. To All of My Followers instead of Me Going Out to Rate This Location I Sent My Mom and Two Aunts They Love Going To First Watch, But Because of The Service They Will Never Go Back To This Location. Once They Were Seated They Never Was Asked For Their Drink Order it’s A First Watch Tradition For The Server to Ask Once They Seat you What Would you Like to Drink Coffee, Water or Anything Else. My Mom and Aunts Were Very Disappointed Because They Love Coffee They Had To Ask For Coffee and Water and The Server Act as if it was an in-convince so when she Bought the Drinks to them she basically Sat everything Down on the table in front of one person for them to past it around themselves The Food Was Ok Bread Was Cold it Didn’t Seem Fresh. It Seem as if Restaurants Like This, They Are Becoming Comfortable Now That Everything is Opening Up and Normal Hours.
