I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent service we received from Le Grand Electronics. In the past, we had a technician who served us without any issues, and we were satisfied with the service provided.
However, today we had a vastly different experience. A different technician showed up, and without providing any estimate, went ahead and executed the service. Once he was done, he presented us with an invoice that included charges for parts, labor, and an unexpected "service fee" (which turned out to be a 'show up' fee).
