McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I have to echo what everyone else is saying, WORST SERVICE EVER. Also like what is mentioned before everyone has insanely bad attitudes toward customers.

We live close by so have been there 3 times:

First Time: Order in the drive through, waited to pay, got to the window to pay and they NEVER put in our order, they just skipped it so it caused all kinds of trouble and they acted like it was OUR fault they decided never to put our order in.

Second Time: Got 3 cheeseburgers, all with only meat in cheese. Got home find out two were ok, the third had everything on it we did not want. Not too bad, but getting two out of three was almost like they said "screw them" and just threw it in there, which is par for the course at this McDonalds.

Third and LAST time (9/8/15 at 8:20pm): Sat at the drive thru window with three cars behind me, waited about 15 seconds, someone said they would be with me in a minute. Waited another minute and as there was 3 people behind me started saying "hello?". Waited another minute and screamed hello for about 30 seconds. Decided to drive up to the window and the employee looked at me and went back to looking at her nails. She looked up enough to just give me a dirty look, and went back to her nails. She was not even taking the orders of the people currently in line, just sitting there. Drove up to the second window, was greeted by a different employee who said the lady in the first window was worthless, but he was nobodies b@tch so if I want to talk to the manager I can go ahead. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. Manager came by, was nice enough but you could tell he had nothing to work with. Decided it was time to leave, for good. It is sad too, we live close by, have 3 kids under 7 and my wife and I both work, we would have liked to have used this place more often.

I cannot agree more with the previous reviews who talked about the awful service. Never have I seen such a terrible McDonalds, and the reviews of the awful service have been going on for over 10 months (since 12/2014 from what I can see)! It appears no one cares or is willing to even try to get this place to even acceptable standards.

Down the road about a quarter of a mile is a WalMart, and there is a McDonalds in there. I have been there about 5 times and they are cool, if you need McDonalds please go there! For the love do not go to this McDonalds! I can't make up how terrible the service is, and how the employees just don't care and are even angry at you when they mess up. I went here on Friday, August 11 at noon. I ordered a Mc double with only cheese and onion and a large fry. The cashier rang my sandwich up as plain so I corrected them when I got to the second window they handed me someone else’s food, and I looked through the bag, which meant I had to touch it with my hands, and I realized it was not my food, and I gave it back. The girl sat the same bag of food in the window to be handed out to the next car behind me. I only know that because they had me pull up and wait for my sandwich so they can add onions to it and upon waiting I seen the lady hand the bag of food that my hands were in out to the car behind me. how sanitary, right? Because adding raw onion is not something speedy, I guess. I waited and waited and waited Some more at least 7 to 10 cars came and went through the drive-through while I still sat and waited for my sandwich That was literally just getting onions added to it. at least 10 minutes went by and still no food. Finally a worker shows up at my car lo and behold it’s the wrong order again at this point I say forget it I take the order and I leave and then call the manager on duty who then says she will take my name and write down that I could have a free meal the next time I come to this McDonald’s, so today is Sunday, August 13 I go to this McDonald’s . I order what I’m going to order. The lady didn’t specify that I had to order the same thing however, that doesn’t even matter because she never wrote my name down anyways so then the manager working today asked what did I order on Friday so I tell her and that is what she gave me today. I ordered it the same exact way only cheese and onion, just for me to pull off and guess what there’s no onions on my burger . I’m not sure what is wrong with this location but I will not be back ever again. This location is a literal joke from the early a.m. crew to the lunch crew. This location is a glimpse of our future, and it is dismal. Of the six self serve order kiosks, only two were functioning. There is one cash register. ONE. The cashier hid in the back, leaving the manager to take my order. While waiting (which was a longer time than any other McDonald’s I have ever been to) a drink got knocked over at my table. I tried to get the attention of those working behind the wall as the cashier was shock-gasp missing from their post. They pointedly ignored me. There aren’t any napkin dispensers, nor is there a drink machine to replace my toddler’s spilled beverage. I couldn’t even ask to BUY a new drink for him because NO ONE would come to the register.

It was finally thanks to an older employee who was ON HIS BREAK that I was able to get help cleaning up the floor because he brought out a mop to help. That man alone is why I’m giving three stars instead of two.

The food itself was on par with any McDonald’s despite the long wait. But the customer service is abysmal. I even tried to get the manager’s attention to sing the praises of the gentleman who helped me, but again, I was ignored.

I like chatting with the cashiers and exchanging pleasantries with staff. This location sadly does not offer that- it is disconnected and there is no human warmth what so ever.

If you just want to grab food with little to no human contact at all- this is the perfect location! Otherwise, I don’t...
