Disappointing experience tonight. I want to give one star, but I at least got my food so that doesn't fit the rating.
I ordered online to pick some food up. I get to the door 40-50 minutes before closing and its locked. Then someone slightly emerges from the back and looks annoyed someone was there. I had to yell through the glass that "hey, I ordered online" I yelled it again because it looked like the employee was about to disappear again. She finally pulled the ticket and left me standing outside with the door locked. At this point, the food was already later than the time promised. Then I see her pour my drink and I'm cringing because I can see she is pouring a regular sugar Coke. I ordered diet. I cannot consume high fructose corn syrup. It is a serious health issue. Once my food was made while I sat in my car. She finally comes to the door and was given the food. Before the door was shut again on my face - I said "did you give me regular Coke?" She said yes. I told her it was supposed to be Diet. I know that was clarified on the ticket....but then again, I usually dispense it myself.
Granted, she apologized but I was really amazed that customers are treated this way. Right after I got my food, other customers immediately thereafter came up to the door and it was locked....45 minutes before closing time. Of course, this is a business with vaccine and masking procedures at the door entrance. Another corporate Covid-19 security theater...the greatest hoax EVER as an excuse to treat paying guests like they are dogs. The sandwich was made correctly but I am sorry, I will NOT be back to this franchisees location.
As a corporate director that is on the board of directors for a restaurant chain myself, I stood up to any sort of hype that would allow staff to treat paying guests like they are less than valued. Treat others like you would like...
Read moreThis used to be a very nice and friendly subway but it seems they've stopped trying to hire people with drive and a want to provide good food to good people. The usual guy with a beard and a bubbly personality was fine, give that man a raise. But there was a new hire these last few times that will literally cuss you out under her breath for wanting to come and eat. Then she'll rush you while you're still ordering your sandwich to go and pay. Like dude can you be any more of a nuisance to your coworker and every single customer in the store. Absolutely ridiculous man. I work in customer service and I get it's a bit difficult if you don't like people, but if that's the case don't work in customer service. Good lucky...
Read moreI ordered A no bready bowl online.. went to go pick it up, left there happy because my food was ready for me as soon as i walked in, came home to open a salad with the most pale bacon I’ve ever seen in my life & that chicken was slapped right on my salad straight from the fridge. Went back and the guy there says “ what do you want me to do? “ for 1. it’s “ how can I make this better for you?… These ppl trynna make me sick and take me out early. The costumer service there is embarrassing, and whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed! I can Almost guarantee the only reason that store makes any money is because of its location.
