I recently visited a McDonald’s that truly stands out from the rest, and I have to share what makes this location amazing!

First off, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and efficient service. They really go the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable, answering any questions with a positive attitude and ensuring your order is perfect.

Now let’s talk about the food! Everything was fresh and hot, from the iconic Big Mac to the crispy fries. It’s incredible how McDonald's consistently delivers that classic taste we all know and love. The fries were perfectly salted and had just the right amount of crispiness – I couldn’t stop eating them!

What really sets this McDonald's apart is its cleanliness and ambiance. The dining area was spotless, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant also featured comfortable seating and vibrant decor, creating a fun and welcoming environment for families and friends to enjoy their meals together.

I also appreciate the innovative menu options at this location. They offered some delicious limited-time items that made my visit feel special and exciting. Plus, having the option for healthier choices is a great touch!

Lastly, the efficient drive-thru service is worth mentioning. It was quick, and my order was accurate, which is always a huge plus when you’re in a rush.

Today I went to store to get my kids meal I ask for grape I was told that there is not frape ok I order soda then when I was picking up food I saw frape place on window for another customer I ask why I was told there is not frape when I see clearly that is a frape I ask lady window who told me that I need to pay frape cost if I want frape and I said no problem then bring back my money from soda bc there no point that I will pay soda and plus frape for miss communication this guy give a frape and stated I give this of courtesy I told his no I want to pay my frape 3 of them I got soda bc I don’t have option can I please use store credit now that I see the order is wrong bc they offer me something different he stated that he doesn’t care and need to pay my frape and well soda that see is paid already I told him is not fair that store do this bc then I will be paying extra money almost 5 dollars for each frape counting soda this gay flip on me with nasty ,unprofessional matters name Robert as per personal and his self he is manger of store this men was really aggressive , and upset I got scare at some point when he started screaming and verbal offensive stated move we don’t have nothing to talk to me this is really unprofessional and unfair even my kids 12 years old say mami this men got me scare I won’t never this...

We went to the McDonald's located 104 st and 152 Avenue in the Hammocks. I ordered a #7 fish fillet meal and a Big Mac. The food was cold , the cheese was half of a slice , look like it has been outside for quite sometime . I asked for the manager and there were two of them.I spoke with both of them. I told them that I didn't know that Mc Donalds food standards have change. I have never eaten a fish filet cold. They told me that the fish sandwich is always like that. Then I ordered a second fish sandwich and it was worst than the first one. Again they told that the sandwich is with cold cheese because the fillet melt the cheese. The first was not even warm. After this, I ordered two chesseburgers.OMG.the cheese was just out of the refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was No customer service from the "managers" at all. In his and her eyes the customer has to accept the food no matter what. Worst service ever. It's sad because Macdonald's has worked for years for a universal brand and this two "managers" are the best in showing how bad an experience in macdonald's can be. They returned the value of filet o fish sandwich. However, this is not about the money but customer satisfaction. Please remember that this is bad marketing....
