McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

This experience is unbelievable. If I had not experienced it myself I would not believe it. Also I am very reluctant to post a negative review but the series of events below have lead me to place this review.

Server at 2nd window did not have nose covered by mask. (Didn't care)

Straws were not supplied with Drinks. (Had extras in the car fortunately)

Ordered unsweet tea, received sweet tea. (Had to dump it out)

Buns on all sandwiches were stale and crispy. (Personally like them that way, but not what is expected)

Cheese Burger with Mac Sause only Cheese was not melted and meat was dry. (Not typical quality)

French Fries were not completly cook.  (Cold in the middle)

McChicken with Cheese: Cheese was between meat and bottom bread. (Leads me to believe they pulled a completed and added unit rather than making it to order)

Cheese Burger oinions were on top of top bun not inside sandwich.(It was funny, Clearly right on top of the bun) see picture

Called store only to let the manager know and line was picked up and hung up 3 times. (Did not want to give negative review only feedback to manager on duty.)

Tried to complete mcdvoice survey yesterday and it timed out. (Just had to chuckle and move on. Felt compelled to give review based on this unbelievable experience.)

In the end, we did enjoy our inexpensive meal as we preferred some of the results of the poor quality. Was disappointed about the cold fries, wrong tea, and dry burger, but everything else was good.

Update 2/16/2024 8:50 pm to 9:15 pm Waited at the speaker for 3 to 5 minutes before my order was taken. One car in front of us. Arrived at 1st window, young man was friendly and gave us our receipt for our app order. Pulled up to second window, and was asked to pull up to spot 1. Waited another 15 minutes. The young lady who brought our order out seemed irritated. Our order 20 piece nuggets several were gooey, 2 Mc Chickens, Good 1/4 lb'er They put Mac sauce on, was actually pretty good and a diet coke. Food was good, but disheveled. The place looks like a mess and the staff seemed more irritated by our presence than appreciative of our business. The ownership and leadership really need to revisit what they are doing at...

Coming from a former GM at a different McDonald's franchise in Bonita Springs, this is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to and I can't believe I am actually writing a review. This is the first review I have ever written in my 27 years of living. First off, I let a young lady on headset know I was a mobile order and she said "Alright, go to the first window." Im sitting in back drive thru waiting for a receipt for about 3 minutes, nobody bothered to show up so I assumed she had already pulled my mobile order up, I headed to the next window. Then there is a young man with long hair in window, he hands us the wrong order. I let him know what our order was and they were making a fuss saying I had to go around the store and back into drive thru (???) mind you, that drive thru had nobody in it. After he gets it situated, we're told to park at the white line to wait for our order. We're sitting there for 5 minutes, then an older latino male manager tells my husband and I "Park over there" in a rude tone. So we do. We are then sitting in spot 2 for approx. 10 minutes and we finally get our food. I dont even know what we were parked for, the fries were old, the sandwiches were lukewarm AND they didnt even make the sandwiches right. I ordered a REGULAR McCrispy sandwich, they made a SPICY McCrispy, I also ordered a SPICY DELUXE McCrispy sandwich and they made it regular. I am a combat veteran from multiple combat zones. My elderly father is a Korean War veteran. For the first time in our lives, my father and I went together to get a complimentary meal on Veterans Day. I was excited about it because my father's military records burned along with a lot of other service members Army records in the big National Archives fire of 1973. For the first time ever, we were finally able to get my father's DD-214 reconstructed by the National Archives. I saw information in many places on the internet and from news reports saying McDonald's was giving a free breakfast on Veteran's Day. I drove for hours to meet up with my father in North Ft Myers. This was the closest McDonald's. I called them to confirm the free meal for veterans before we drove there. This McDonald's in N Ft Myers said sorry, nothing for veterans on Veterans Day. I have absolutely no issue with a restaurant doing nothing for veterans. I do have an issue with a restaurant chain like McDonald's falsely advertising to news agencies that they are giving a free meal on Veterans Day when it is all a lie. McDonald's, don't pretend to be generous or care at all about the Americans who fought for your freedoms when all you really want to do is greedily make the next dollar. McDonald's...
