We have lived in Miami Lakes over 6 years. This McDonalds is near our home and we are frequent visitors. In the past six years I have never ENJOYED visiting. Every visit has left me with a poor customer experience. If its not the long line, its the person taking the order over the intercom who does not get the order correctly or is speaking to someone else inside, giving us the wrong order, or the "Managers" screaming at their employees. I rarely go inside but when I do I experience the same situations. The employees at the register are in another world. They prefer to have side conversations and not give the 100% WOW factor. Today, I was a witness to managerial abuse. I was waiting inside for my order to be taken, and the manager (named Rina) was screaming at one of the employees about punching in too late or not helping (she was screaming and talking so much, I couldn't understand). The employee told her "Ok, fine I will not do it again" and he walked away. This manager continued to talk loudly and said very clearly- "you are just lazy". She spoke in Spanish. At this point I felt humiliated for the employee. I was upset that anyone would tolerate that treatment. No employees defended, no customers spoke up. Its a disgrace. I immediately asked if she was the manager and what her name was. I told her she should be ashamed of herself for treating ANY employee this way. Lack of professionalism.
Its a shame we live in a world where we see abuse in all forms. The first thought was, this could be me, or my children, or a friend. How can no one stand up for this maltreatment? It will not end here. I will be contacting corporate for her lack of professionalism, disrespectfulness and for her absence of an apology. She walked away. That was a clear example of: Incompetent Manager skills.

Today 27 of May, 2025 at around 8pm ,our family went to this McDonalds through the drive through and were were told by a chubby guy and supposedly his manager (a skinny lady) that they were sorry but dont give away for free big mac sauce. I told them i did not wanted for free, i always pay for the big mac sauce on the side. I asked them to please tell their store manager but the skinny lady insisted that she was the store manager and screamed to me with attitude that she was not gonna sell us any big mac sauce on the side. We asked for her name and the chubby guy’s name because we wanted to know their names claiming themselves to be managers but they refused to give them to us. Very unpleasant trip to mcdonalds today, i whish the owner of this mcdonalds location could read this and please train and correct this kind of behavior. We made clear that we didnt want free big mac sauce, we wanted to pay for our big mac sauce on the side the same way we have been doing it for the passed 30 years. I am willing to escalate this if you need more information cuz i am pretty sure many other customers like my family and me love to eat your delicious french fries with big mac sauce, and people like this two who called themselves managers, denied us to buy...
Read moreI am an Uber driver and many times end up eating at McDonald’s for the convenience and price of my meals. I drive a lot , visit many stores in different cities. I have waited to review my more than 10 visits to be fair. This location is one of the worst in my opinion. I use the app for the convenience of ordering , paying and taking advantage of deals on app. Every time I have ordered here has been a different issue. I understand that they are 24 hrs and might run out of something but every visit? The ice cream or shake machines are out of service after 11 pm so they cancel my order. I get to the window and it’s cash only , my order is on the app and it’s paid I reply! Nope can’t do it , cancel my order! We don’t have apple pie , cancel my order. We have sodas only …if anyone can believe that…cancel my order! We don’t have guava pie, cancel my order. I will be honest too the employees are cordial in advising and canceling the order I do not blame them, this has to be a management issue. Just because it’s McDonald’s and it’s fast food does not have to be mediocre. We are tolerating and getting used to mediocre service and it’s not right. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home and I visited frequently but the one on 183 st and 87 ave is much better. I wish the would provide some feedback on how they get things done.
