I went to Starbucks located at "Palm Plaza" in Miami Gardens. Upon walking inside, I noticed that it was busy. There were a lot of customers already seated or waiting in line. The store is bigger than other Starbucks that I have been to before with a nice open space feel because of the high ceiling structure, making the store feel even more spacious.
I noticed large openings on one side of the wall where people could walk in and out to access the outside seating area, just like any other Starbucks, except this time it was larger. Also, there were a lot of condiments available for customers to use.
I was greeted by the barista who took my order (a white chocolate mocha with cream) immediately; he seemed very knowledgeable about what other items were available and the store hours. He was very friendly, and I even saw him help other customers with their orders while preparing mine at the same time! Once my order was ready, I went to pick it up and did a great job making my drink.
The drive-through is always packed at this Starbucks, so it's better to go inside. I finally decided to sit in the seating area next to the big opening to see outside. There were only a few customers in seating areas, which made it look less crowded compared to other stores I have been to!
There is a lot of parking at this Starbucks. I didn't have to search for a spot, and there were many open spaces.
The building looks very modern and sleek. It has a lot of open space, and the high ceiling makes it feel even more spacious.
I really like the experience I had at this location! The baristas are very hardworking, and you can tell that they're good at their jobs.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I arrived, there was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. The line inside wasn't too bad, so I ordered two small frappuccinos and a venti pumpkin spice. However, I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my order.
During my wait, I noticed that other customers were also frustrated. One lady, who had been waiting for a long time, received only part of her order before leaving upset. Meanwhile, the workers, mostly young, were singing, joking around, and not moving with any urgency. They didn’t seem to care about the growing line of customers.
The frustration only grew when a family who ordered after me spoke up about their order, and the staff quickly got to work on theirs, serving them before mine. I finally had to speak up myself, only to find out that part of my drink had been sitting in the frother for 20 minutes.
I asked for the manager's name, but they couldn’t even provide the full name. One of the boys behind the counter responded rudely, saying, "I'm just working here, ma'am," while others stood around laughing, seemingly making fun of how upset I was. Although one of the girls I spoke to was professional and respectful, the rest of the team didn’t take the situation seriously, and it felt very disrespectful.
This experience left me feeling incredibly upset, not just because of the wait, but because of the lack of professionalism and care...
Read moreI have been coming to this Starbucks since 2019 or thereabouts when it opened. I distinctly remember being able to leave this Starbucks with consistently good drinks. But that was years ago, and in the past two years, it has gone downhill. Just recently I went in the drive thru for a pumpkin spice frappuccino and when it was handed to me, it had a vibrant color so I assumed it would be fine. I drove off, big mistake. When I took a sip at the red light, it tasted like pure coffee without a drop of pumpkin spice. What frustrates me the most, is how many times I've let this happen and feel too embarrassed to correct the order. I don't want to be a Karen. I don't know if they do this on purpose, but this last time marks at least the dozenth time I leave with a drink that tastes like stale coffee and ice. I genuinely believe they couldn't have put a single pump of the flavor I ordered because you literally could not detect it in a single sip. Besides this, I have never been to a slower Starbucks in my life. I have sat at that window for upwards of ten minutes watching the employees disappear. They aren't serving customers inside or putting out orders for online pickup. They just disappear and I wait and wait patiently. I am done now with this Starbucks. I am deeply disappointed in the steep decline in quality from all angles that this particular location is experiencing. No more flavorless drinks...
