I have been to this location many times. And I have made many complaints about Olivia, the shift manager. Her rudeness, unprofessionalism, and just her sheer lack of respect for her job and her customer, is so glaringly apparent. She is mean, cold, and NEVER smiles.
This location has lost a customer. She has been difficult to deal with for the last three months. And all because I asked her to fill my Coca-Cola cup to the top, instead of filling it 3 inches from the top. I didn't think that was too much to ask. Since then, she has been very rude and sarcastic to me.
Nobody deserves that kind of treatment from someone in the food service industry. I don't care what restaurant they work at. Today I was hungry and wanted a snack, so I stopped in for three chocolate chip cookies. They needed to be baked fresh because the container was empty. She was the cashier - all while four employees stood there just talking, and watching me stand there. She rolled her eyes after I asked if she could make them for me.
I waited for a little bit, and then she brought them to me. In a grumpy, non-professional tone, she said, "Here are your cookies." When I got out to the car, I reached into the bag to get one, and they were all broken and folded in the bag. I didn't bother going back in because Olivia would've just been rude and mean as usual.
I've made complaints to the manager before. But apparently, Olivia still hasn't changed her foul attitude, and the discussions seem to have gone in one ear and right out the other. She has not changed at all. This location has lost a customer. I hope that one day Olivia finally gets the training she requires. She is bad for business with her current attitude. Read moreI can't remember the last time this location got my drive thru order correct. For example, I just ordered a Diet Coke and 2 unsweetened iced teas for a couple of older diabetics. After a 12 minute wait, they gave me sweet teas and regular Coke. I asked for straws after I was stared at for a while, wondering if she was going to hand me any. Of course, I didn't realize the issues until I delivered the drinks 20 minutes later, but as usual, it was a waste of time and money. Most of the time, the unsweet tea is spoiled. It really needs to be replaced more often if it's sitting around long enough for that to happen. If I order more than 4 items, I have to argue that I paid for them. I realize that not every McDonald's employee is at the top of their game, but it doesn't take anything out of their paycheck to occasionally consider the customer could be correct and not trying to thieve a buck. It's not just newer employees, there is also a manager or two that can be pretty gruff. I suspect it's about keeping their service timer down because I generally just get a bag out the window as fast as possible if it's in the morning. No pleasantries, no straw or ketchup without some grumpiness. On a positive note, if you place a mobile order, it's usually accurate. Even when I special order items, they do a good job. Also, the person taking the order or payment in the drive thru is usually fast, friendly and overall great to deal with. Read moreThe workers are nice and polite but the restaurant greatly suffers from being understaffed which is an issue at most retail stores and restaurants nowadays. when will companies start learning that the money they save by cutting staff loses customers which loses them that saved money and more in the long run. I have gone to this location to dine in 6 times and 2 times drive thru in the last three months between 4-5pm. every single time I am waiting 15 minutes for my order which only consists of two value meals. The fries are usually old or somewhat fresh but taste like they were cooked in old oil. There are drinks that are always empty in the drink area, no or very low ketchup in the dispensers, no napkins or straws and finally there is soda and ice all over the floor in front of the drink machines and half the tables are dirty. The store manager needs to hire more people and make sure an employee checks the dining area in a consistent manner. My experience with with the drive thru two times was that I had to wait 10 minutes in a drive thru parking space I was told to go to by someone at the window just for two value meals and the food was old so I wasn’t waiting for fresh food, I really don’t know why I was waiting for.
