McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Just a very expensive location compared to the average McDonald's. It don't do substitutions of any kind for vegetarians and they charge you if literal for even the smallest thing. The customer service is lackluster at best with very snotty and rude employees. There's a sense of entitlement because they're obviously so successful but, they don't get much of my money and I live close by. Instead, i drive to Burger King in Tarpon Springs which has as much better quality of food, vegetarian choices, superb customer service and overall value for my greenbacks. I'd rather have it my way at BK and not some commercially robotic snotty nosed franchisee's interpretation of pricing and delivery of the final inferior product line. As far as I'm concerned they can take a walk off a short pier and I'll be just fine without the stress of being nickel and dimed to death. If I want a damn extra sauce for my nuggets, give it to me. Who are you to dictate what kind of inside should have? That would be okay if you didn't already charged prices that require a person to get a second mortgage just to eat there. No, some of us are not stupid and we take our money up the street and tell all of our friends and family to avoid eating at your overpriced, money powerhouse restaurant! Good luck to you people, I hope you make a 199% net profit on every menu item by continually raising your prices. The ignorance of the general public and their need to feed their obesity with your overpriced food and rude, bellicose and pugnacious employees are enough to steer my car to BK...

This big Lady and the kid before her even both gave me an attitude I'm here delivering food to your customers and they just kept bringing up some cone I never touched or ran over they just have so much hate inside of them that they needed to make some excuse. But the lady was even worse, she literally just gets flustered after getting all rude with me just because I've been delivering at McDonald's all Night the same ones and different locations. So 3 mcdonalds orders at 2 separate places back to back because it's the only restaurant open at 2am when I'm delivering. They both had a button for the 3rd window and told me to drive around the other cars and use it. Granted this time there literally wasn't a line of any cars. I just pulled up to the 3rd window though and assumed it was the same restaurant until there was no button. So I knocked. Very quickly the kid came up and looked confused, and I let him know that I thought this was like the other McDonald's and you had a button here for uber orders, my bad. And he just replies with "did you run over the cone???" And I just confused like. Uhh, no I know how to drive my car is very small I didn't even graze that cone. So I tell him no I didn't even touch it. And before I can tell him the name for the uber order he just closed the window and walked away immediately with no notifying of him doing that, and this rude bigger lady comes to the window and immediately after hearing my spiel she just gets super Nad and I don't need to rewrote...

Clueless GM/Franchise owner needs to be reprimanded by corporate. Had a receipt coupon for free soft drink that was generated from another McDonald's. First they would not give it to me saying it was only good at the McDonald's alds I got it from. It does not say that and every other mcd has honored them except this one. Went to get General manager approval and he agreed. I asked for a medium as it does not specify a size. They gave me a large. I said I want a medium. GM said no because medium had a Halloween peel off sticker so I can't have that. I said the coupon had nothing to do with the peel off sticker. Would not give me medium with sticker. If it didn't have a sticker I could have the medium. Silly, makes corporate Mcd look petty.

Sat down, had my Mcdouble and drink . 10 min later went get a yogurt. Counter lady asks me if I'm going to refill the drink?.? Strange question since it's free refills. I said probably. She asks if I just received walked in with it??? I'm like I just ordered it with you 10 min ago and you checked about the coupon and I've been sitting at that table, there are only 3 people in here. OMG!

Never had this at any McDonald's ever. This cheapskate franchise owner needs a stern talking to from corporate

On top of that the wifi does not work and the urinal is out of service.
