McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

It's McDonald's... You either love them or... Personally, we love McDonald's! Our local one is a favorite we've rated 5 stars... This location: Well we stopped here on our way back from a week in the Keys and Everglades, on our way back to the Space Coast. We were both starving and felt like some McLunch.

CON #1: The drivethrough was wrapped around the building, and to wait in the line, you actually blocked the people who had already gotten their orders in the drivethrough, which caused multiple cars to all honk incessantly (which was annoying, considering 4 cars were trapped ahead of them in a single lane, making passing, moving aside, or going around impossible, thus trapping those who had already received their food behind those in line waiting, until the 4 cars ahead were able to move up as cars further ahead placed orders and pulled up towards the windows). It was quite miserable. CON #2: You'd think that with this clustermuck taking place, they'd open up the second drivethrough lane, freeing up space faster and moving the line, but you'd be wrong...for whatever reason, with the vast amount of lunch time traffic, jammed up, and honking, they only had one line open, so the line moved very slowly and it took us close to 20 minutes to get to the window (before waiting another 8 to get free of the line in front of us). In all my trips to dozens of McDonald's restaurants, in dozens of cities, states, and countries, I have never seen anything like this before, and would never return to their drivethrough for this reason. However, that fiasco behind us:

PRO: The food was pretty good. Not the best McDonald's, but not the worst. It was above average. Our meals were both hot and fresh, and we enjoyed them in the time it took to escape the drivethrough line.

Conclusion: If it's busy, I'd highly suggest going in and avoiding the drivethrough altogether. The waiting was horrible, but the staff was very kind and professional, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and all told, we were back on the road within 30...

I just left this Mcdonalds i went there and ordered a McChicken with mac sauce and mcdouble with 2 med fries upon the window the woman "Vanisha" taking our order sucked her teeth at the fact of us using a coupon from the app for the fries then handed us the card and food when i grabbed the bag the fries where cold not even done my husband asked if we could get new fries she rolled her eyes and said yea....we just laughed it off like its just a bad night she came back with hot fries all was good...nope we park and he opens his burger and the mac sauce is missing and everything but the fries are ice cold i mean did they take this out of the fridge...i didnt feel like takeing the. Burger back but he just wanted mac suace so he went to the window to ask for mac sauce her reply was "uh can i just give u a comtaimer of mac sauce and you put it on" he said no the burgsr was cold if they could remake it which she then charged him .25 cents he came back to the car to get the card and when he went back she acted like he didnt just hand her back the burger asking him "uh yes sir" with an attitude he gave her the card and when she came back he asked for a refil on his coke her reply "uhhh sir you buggin" frustrated he asked her to repeat herself and then she asked what drink angrily he replied a coke and instead of refilling the drink she gave him a whole new soda which is 1.07 doesnt make sense to be petty and charge .25c for the mac sauce and then give a free soda not sure if the RM would approve of that and by the way this entire interaction happened while there was another customer at the window who she also got the order wrong..she was also extremely rude to her do not do not i repeat do not go to this mcdonalds because the manager "MICHEAL" didnt seem to care much either but to apologize and say he couldnt do anything about it (and also not sure if he truley is a manager i asked for one and he claimed to be one) do not go to thos mcdonalds VANISHA will ruin ur visit...

If I could rate it zero stars I would! It was our second time visiting and the customer service was horrible! My wife and I were standing in front of the cashier and she didn't bother to acknowledge us or take our order. We came to realize that she was waiting on the kid that had ordered before us because he was missing 7 cents to pay for his order.

So the kid starts walking around looking for change, he even goes outside to the parking lot to try and find loose change on the ground, all the while the cashier is ignoring us and avoiding making eye contact with us as we were anxiously waiting to place our order. Eventually I run out of patience since minutes had passed, and I ask "can we place an order?!"

She doesn't respond and at that moment the cashier calls the kid that was looking for lose change, and let's him know that she would comp the change for him. So then she charges him and then finally acknowledges us to place our order. Apparently they new each other and that's why she was so keen on waiting on him to find change....

Then while we're waiting on our food to be prepared, I see employees in the kitchen laughing and chit chatting instead of working. Clearly the employees at this establishment are in desperate need of customer service training.

Then as if all that wasn't enough, we also saw an employee on his break eating in the lounge where the customers sit. He's sitting in a booth and I noticed he has his leg extended across the booth with his disgusting grease bathed shoe resting on top of the seat that someone else will eventually sit on. Do the employees not have a break room in the back where they can eat? This seemed highly unhygienic and just plain off putting.

Won't be dining at this Mc...
