UPDATE: Made the mistake again 🤦🏻♀️ when will I learn. I pulled up with no cars in front of me aside from a couple pickup spots taken, was told to pull forward to the third window. I waited forever, then when I got my food the fries were cold and taste old. How am I waiting that long for cold fries?? Make it make sense. They really need to get their stuff in order. It’s literally ALWAYS A PROBLEM
Terrible. Every time I come here during the day I end up having to pull into a spot or up to the third window, only to still receive cold cheeseburgers and fries. But the reason for my one star is having showed up at 5 am, with literally no one in line in front of me… what looked like no one inside… and when I went to order the person taking it still could not handle receiving the order. So much so that they asked me what I would like, I began my order… heard nothing… asked if they were there… they responded with half the order and asked what else I would like… when I repeated it, I again was met with no response. I said “hello?”… nothing. So I left. Will be going to the causeway location for all future orders regardless of how convenient this location is..
Would like to add that I made the mistake of trying this location again, and was sent to a spot to wait again… along with 8 other vehicles that waited for an obnoxiously long time for what a fast food place should be. They had to come to the car two separate times to ask what the order was. This location really needs some attention because it’s always something.
Oh and to top it off. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. It’s honestly mind boggling how terrible service here is.
Edit… again… this place never ceases to amaze me. LITERALLY ALWAYYYSSSS AN ISSUE. This time it was a mix up on the sandwich. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon. I got a double cheeseburger with Mac sauce instead… but was charged for the bacon. Like really? I don’t get how it’s legit ALWAYS a problem here EVERYTIME I try to give it another shot....
Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald’s left me with mixed feelings. While the familiar taste and ambiance were as expected, the slow service during an otherwise non-busy time detracted from the overall experience.
Walking into the restaurant, I was greeted by the familiar sights and sounds of a typical McDonald’s establishment: the golden arches, the smell of freshly cooked fries, and the cheerful chatter of patrons. However, as I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed that there were only a few customers ahead of me, and yet the line seemed to move at a glacial pace.
Despite the lack of crowds, the wait time for my order was surprisingly long. It took significantly longer than usual for my food to be prepared and served, which was a bit frustrating considering the relatively quiet atmosphere of the restaurant.
On the positive side, once my order finally arrived, the food was up to the usual McDonald’s standards. The burgers were hot and juicy, the fries were crispy and delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. The familiar flavors provided a sense of comfort and satisfaction, reminding me why McDonald’s is a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
In terms of cleanliness and ambiance, the restaurant maintained the expected level of cleanliness, with tables regularly wiped down and floors kept tidy. The seating area was comfortable and inviting, providing a pleasant environment for dining in.
While my experience at McDonald’s was generally positive, the slow service during a non-busy time was a notable downside. With some improvement in efficiency and speed of service, McDonald’s could enhance the overall dining experience for its customers, ensuring that they continue to enjoy the convenience and satisfaction that the brand...
Read moreMy drive-thru experience at this location has been good to excellent until my last visit. Ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins, 3 hash browns, 2 apple fritters and a caramel frappe. Was given the frappe at the pickup window but had to wait for the rest, I presume because of the fritters. I didn't mind because I really like the fritters. Got home and discovered I had 3 Canadian bacon mcmuffins and NO APPLE FRITTERS. I raced back and went inside and was told my receipt said 3 egg mcmuffins and that meant canadian bacon... I did not know that, and honestly didn't always get a receipt or look at it when I did. Now I know better. Then I was told that the breakfast menu was closed and I was offered lunch. I might have accepted but I wouldn't be able to get the apple fritters that were what I really wanted. What happened to the apple fritters that were ordered and not given to me less than 10 minutes before? Did they just toss them or did they give them to someone else? What I also found annoying was that the young man at the counter told me that if they took the food back, they'd have to discard it. I'm pretty sure he thought he was being helpful and informative but I really didn't care what they did with food I didn't want and expressed that in a not do pleasant tone. My apologies to the young man. Anyway I just asked for my money back which means I got the caramel frappe fir my troubles. Know that if you order at the drive-thru ALWAYS ask for the receipt and if it doesn't say EXACTLY what you said, you should ask and then still check what's in the bag...
