Subway Riverview — Restaurant in Florida

this didn’t happen to me, but this happened to my dad a few days ago, he goes into order the #18 (he normally gets the #4 but apparently you guys don’t make that sandwich anymore) he asks for the italian herb bread for the sandwich (this will matter later on), and he gets his usual toppings, and he goes to the checkout to go pay for the sandwich, and he pulls up the app for his rewards that he has, he’s trying to scan the qr code and he’s goes “oh i don’t think it’s scanning” and whoever this girl working was (i asked him who the girl was, he didn’t catch her name, but he described her as a black girl with a nose ring) and she proceeds to say “oh it scanned”, my dad knew she was lying because he was trying to use his $2 off for his sandwich and this girl never asked him if he wanted to use it, nor did it pop up on his receipt, he gets home with the sandwich, come to find out, they gave him regular bread and not even the bread he asked for, he ended up eating his sandwich, so at least he got his moneys worth for it, i think we’re better off spending money on a good sandwich from wawa or publix, at least they have better customer service over there than whatever...

Usually I go to this location during the early afternoon but today I went after 6pm and there's these two guys working and one was very rude talking to me like i was stupid. I asked him if they were still having a special for foot-long's and he says very rudely and sarcasticly, "we're having a six dollar special!!!", and then immediately says to to me "what kind of sandwich do you want? As if I was taking up his time. I told him that I wanted a BMT and he asked me if I wanted it warmed up and I said no. And not even 10 seconds later he is putting it in the oven and again I told him I didn't want to cooked, and he immediately took it out. I told him I wanted everything except for spinach and hot peppers In my sandwich and what does he do? he starts loading it up with spinach. In which I again repeated a little louder that I didn't want spinach. While he's making my sandwich there's hiphop music playing music in the background with vulgarity such as; "Dick this, and Dick that", I almost brought my child in with me and it was a good thing I didn't. I don't know if I will return to this establishment again especially after 6pm. NOT...

I was craving my usual Subway Club sandwich I walked in no customers I was happy and starving approached the counter and began to order my foot long subway club and was informed that particular subway sandwich is history and no longer on the menu I was shell shocked to learn Subway eliminated Roast Beef off the menu I grew up eating from the first subway that existed in Bridgeport Connecticut as a kid me and my brother would go there late after playing all day to order a hot roast beef and cheese with salt and pepper only foot long it was delicious everytime, the manager suggested the Turkey melt instead it had bacon turkey and ham the other women made it perfectly but to my dismay it was not the same unfortunately I will never look at subway the same and probably never go into another one again too many other Competitors doing the Sub thing I asked her why no more roast beef she told me the roast beef cost to much, really , their number ONE seller is gone and so am I, see ya Subway it was fun while it lasted . Long and I mean Long standing...
