I went to order at the self service station because I was in a rush, and there weren't any lines on the stations. I had my order number before those who ordered at the counter, but they were still helped first. While we were waiting for the orders, an employee informed me that part of the meal had run out, and more needed prepared, and then asked another employee about how to refill the orange juice machine[there were customers waiting for their oj]. The employee was expected to "learn by herself" while customers were getting angry about not getting o.j. When my order arrived, it wasn't announced, so I stood around waiting for the OJ machine to be fixed before I could ask about the order placed on the counter. When I received the order[two steak and egg mcmuffins without bread] it was without the eggs on both, and only one had the onions on top. There was one fresh one and one that was tough and rubbery.[the rubbery one tasted old and like it had sat out]. Read moreI normally have great experiences at this location. I literally drive out of the way to go here over another Mcdonald’s that is closer to my house (Linebaugh). I actually had to pull to the side cause my order was large and I was totally fine with that Well, they stuff out of my order so I had to drive back around in the the drive-through (as the food is getting cold) And I said we are missing a sandwich and nuggets from my order and like no we did not everything‘s in the bag like well here’s the bags look inside. I said It’s not. they waited for a minute and they’re like OK. Let me see the bag because I told me again. No, we gave you everything like no you didn’t so anyway basically they called me a liar three times. I’m not sure when I’ll be back. I swear, can’t win and the sad part is they actually took the bags and dug through the bags which I know it was a violation and health violation and still proceeded to call me a liar. Pathetic is the only word I have for this, oh and health code...
Read moreToday I am rating this service a 1 star due to the manager Donny he was seeming to have such a rough morning only “collecting money at the back window” it started when I wanted to use a code he started telling me no I can’t use it ur total is just going to stay the same so I said can you please just put the code in me knowing I can at least collect the points for it he started to argue back and forth over it so I left the drive thru went inside we’re I was greeted with such great manner from a younger employee I believe he said his name was also Donnie ? Such a sweet kid helped me with what I needed he also explained to me what the manager did not (my sandwiches were buy one get one for a 1$) so that explained why he said my total was not going to change .
