The store number to this place is 14451 the address is 2095 Southwest 484 Ocala Florida 34473 I walked into the store and went to use the bathroom however when I went to use the restroom the door was closed and locked I came out and I saw another manager coming out of the bathroom. I asked her is there anyway you can help me because the bathroom is closed she says oh maybe he's out of order or I'll have to check to see. She went behind the counter disappeared and then came back to the fire station and completely ignored me turned around and saw me a couple of times turned her back to me again and then she continued with assisting the drive-thru window I waited 5 minutes that's a lot for a person my age. Because she does not know my disabilities. I then asked for another person for manager and apparently the general manager was there by the name of Angie I asked Angie if she could help me because I wanted to go to the bathroom she said it well we're pretty busy right now so you're going to have to wait a couple of minutes minutes turn into 5 minutes later finally someone came and let me in now I'm 10 minutes in. How far is it that you're waiting to go to the bathroom because you saying you're having a rush but everyone's taking care of everything and you're just an extra hand to help but they didn't need any help I've worked in fast food plenty of times before and this was not an experience that I really would have enjoyed coming to. I come to this McDonald's often. I normally order breakfast through the drive-thru window so it's not my first time there. The employees there are very friendly and do help me when I'm there at the drive-thru window but this experience that I had inside the store was bad. I wish I can share a photo of the bathrooms it was disgusting there was garbage overflowing as soon as you enter the restroom. And there was garbage inside the bathroom stall which was also overflowing along with garbage on the floor. I understand that this is a franchise the owner's name is Kim I'm not sure if the gentlemanager Angie gave me the right information however that's what I received from her. I am very displeased of how a big chain would ignore even one customer when everybody's important when they go into the store. If this is a franchise please address it do not let your employees think that they can get away with it when they should be attending to every customer. Everyone that walks in through the door is just as important as the next. Leaving 1up customer out is not fair nor is it just. I will be coming back to visit the store because I work in the area however if there was another McDonald's nearby. You would lose me as a customer and my staff. It didn't take not even 5 minutes for the young man to crawl underneath the door that was locked and they had no key to unlock it except for this young man who cried underneath the door to open it. Put yourself in the same situation and then think what you have your father standing out there waiting to go to the bathroom. This is just the bathroom issue imagine all the other issues that can be brought up if you had an inspection or a health issue or health inspection. I don't think you would like that. Sit down with your general manager and your system manager Nicole and you should address this and nip this in the butt real quick because if not then they're not made to become managers. Those bathrooms should be checked every hour by a manager and the outside should be walked around by a manager and everything should look neat clean and in order including the employees. Read moreThis is consistently the WORST Mc D's I've ever been to!!! Ever order over the last year has at least 1 thing wrong (per 3 items) with the food quality or order. So if I order 3 meals there will be 3 problems with the order. 1 sandwich drowning in mayo with no lettuce (even though I asked for extra lettus), a QP with cold pink in the middle dried out meat, and missing fries in the happy meal. I am not exaggerating! Every order for a year now! We use to order there 2 times a week sometimes more. I finally called and reported this to a manager one night when I ordered 7 meals and 2 of the sandwiches went in the trash, and 2 were missing bacon that I had paid to add. She was nice and offered to replace the food right then or another time. I preferred another time. When I went back 2 weeks later I was harassed by a different manager because I did not bring the reciept. The 1st manager told me she put my name in the book and to just let someone know when I came in. The lady was so rude to me that she would not even tell me her name when I asked for it. I asked her 5 times and said I was not sure I should believe she is a mngr because what kind of mngr antagonizes customers, doesn't identifythem self as a mngr, doesn't wear a name tag, and then says you don't need to know my name when asked! A second mngr came over as her back up at this point because I had had enough after 8-10 min of this ridiculous behavior and raised my voice out of frustration telling her exactly what I just wrote about why I was starting to doubt her claim to be a mngr. When I explained this loudly to the 2nd lady and then asked her what the 1st mngr name was she said she doesn't have to tell you her name. I asked if either if them had a business card. Nope. So I finally asked the 2nd mngr for her own name and she said the 1st mngr name was Melissa but did not give me her own name. I think she gave a false name but I was done raising my time. I told them I was going to report them to corpret because the whole situation was wrong and it was not okay! Then I left. I truly hope the owner cleans house or gets some quality control over there. At this point I feel robbed. I keep paying for goods and svcs that I do not receive and at this point I feel it is intentionall. If you repeatedly and purposfully not making the food how it is advertised and ordered then you are stealing from me because you have no intention of giving me what I paid for. Thats fraud or...
Read moreI am a breakfast dweller at this particular McDonald's for over a year now. There are some problems getting a Fresh breakfast Burrito on a consistent daily basis. 40% of my breakfast burritos I have to bring back to the counter for a fresher one. Particularly last week I was served a burrito that was ice cold. Although Corrections are made by the staff and management I feel this should not take place at all. There is no excuse to be served a dry cold clammy breakfast burrito. As far as the staff and workers go, everyone is above average, but there are a few should be recognized for their outstanding service to the customer. The girl at the drive-in window, her name is Denise, could not be any more efficient nor could she be any more pleasant than she is. I watch her work everyday. She is the wing nut that holds the drive-through together. As far as the girls behind the register, they all do their job perfectly. Recognition to Josie and Lori, they are outstanding and they never get your order wrong. This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been in. This is do to the fabulous maintenance workers, Jeremy, known as J MO and Nick. Without these two gentlemen this McDonald's would be a shambles. These two men never stop doing their jobs and should be highly commended for keeping this particular McDonald's as clean as it is, inside and out. Not to forget the kitchen staff at breakfast time, they are doing a wonderful job also. But there is one person in the kitchen in the morning who absolutely standout in his performance in preparing and getting the food prepared as rapidly as he can. This man also deserves recognition, for without his expertise in the kitchen it would slow the entire program almost to a halt. This man's name is Dana. Absolutely a pleasant person and a very efficient in doing his job. In general I feel that the store owners and the current management take extreme advantage of all of their employees. Too many employees come and go in this particular McDonald's. Very few stay and become loyal to the business. This McDonald's should realize that you can catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. The management and ownership need to change their attitude and Outlook towards their employees and show them recognition. With this simple step alone this McDonald's would be a great McDonald's. Stop taking advantage of your workers, these are the people that are keeping your business...
