My experience was the worst in my life in that McDonald's. When I came in to order food for my son. The gentlemen who took my order was polite , and I'm not going to say it wasn't. He brought our food to the table. My son finished eating his breakfast, and he wanted another sandwich. And I said okay. I went up to the counter. And I didn't see anyone I was waiting for someone. Then I saw the manager outside on Her phone.Then she finished texting. She saw me standing and passed me. Then she started playing with one of the employees there. I asked her if I could get some service to order some food. Then she says she couldn't hear me. I told her you saw me standing here. She said she didn't see me. The employee she was playing with said I was rude.I said I'm not rude.I could be rude.The only thing I wanted her to take my order. He said, "You need to leave. I say fine I will leave." The only thing I could tell you.You have the worst serving in that McDonald's.Your manager looked terrible.Her hair was everywhere.Her clothes look nasty. If the customers are waiting, give the service you need to give. They're trying to order food.If you do not want their money , let them know somebody else want the business. While these problems are usually resolved, today's experience was particularly disappointing. Upon opening the box, we immediately noticed the cookies were burnt. When we called to address the issue, my mom, who placed the order, spoke with the manager, Anthony.
From the start of the call, Anthony responded in an unprofessional and rude tone, even pretending he couldn't hear her. When she explained that the cookies were inedible and that the children wouldn’t eat them, his response was, "What do you want me to do about that?"—delivered in the same dismissive manner.
As this appears to be a franchise location, there may not be much we can do directly, but this review is intended to inform others, as well as the owner, that this establishment could benefit from a change in management. Mistakes happen, but when you work in food service, you should never serve something you wouldn’t give to your own family. The fact that these cookies were visibly burnt and smelled burnt yet still served is unacceptable.
To Anthony, I suggest pursuing a role that doesn’t involve customer interaction, as your customer service skills leave much to be desired. Read moreCame here to edit: I reached out to corporate and they sent this exact message over to the owner (I think his name is Brian?) anywho, apparently he’s the new GM and he offered to fix my issue IMMEDIATELY. He apologized and invitees me back to replace my order or refund me. I came back tonight (4/17) and the service was stellar and I was able to meet him myself. If you’ve had a terrible experience recently, please give it another try. I truly believe he can change this place around. Thank you again I appreciate you and your team so much!!!
I placed a mobile order with 2 mcchickens 2 6pc nuggets and 2 McDouble meal deal orders. I SPECIFICALLY put plain on one of my burgers as I have an allergy to mustard, and after waiting 20 minutes for my food I received the wrong items, and my mcchickens were missing. Not only that, but the drive thru girl had to run back inside 4 TIMES. Once was because she forgot what was in our order, second was because we didnt get our drinks or ice cream, third time was to grab one drink and the cone and the fourth was to get the second drink. Im not sure whats happened these last few months at this location but it has seriously gone downhill. I even went back to exchange the item and they said because the receipt was too old they couldnt exchange it.
