When I came in I already knew that I wanted to order from the dollar menu. The problem was that I couldn't find it. It was far off in the corner underneath the breakfast menu in small writing mixed in with non-dollar items. So, while searching the mini menu the cashier calls me to place my order. Feeling pressured, I approached the counter and begin to order. I asked for 2 dollar menu chicken sandwiches and 1 value fry. Instead of telling me the sandwich wasn't a dollar, she immediately inputs the order and tells me the price. After hearing the price I began questioning her about the order. The chicken sandwich was more than a dollar and so was the fries. So I rechecked the mini menu. It turned out I was looking at the cheeseburger. So, I apologized and says forget the chicken sandwiches just give me 3 cheeseburgers and scratch the fries too. Unable to cancel the order herself, she sucks her teeth and with an attitude calls over her manager. She then blames everything on me and ask her manager to fix it. Then after her manager fixes the problem, she again puts in the order without clarifying with me. This time she leaves the fries on the order. And then walks off to the back of the kitchen. I had already paid for the order so I look at my receipt and notice the flaw again. I then wait for her to come back from the back and tell her that I didn't want fries. Again, she sucks her teeth, calls her manager with an attitude, and then gives my this ugly look. The fries cost me $1.29 plus the 7% tax added which was 9 cents. When the manager arrives the cashier tells her to give me $1.28 back for my fries. The manager did not catch the price mistake, neither did she inquire about what was the problem or issue. So, now I've just been robbed of 10 cents. Then when my food is ready it is cold and in a carry out bag. I was dining in. Finally, I find a seat and begin to eat and the food was horrible. The cheese was in no way melted and the pickles were hard and difficult to chew. To make matters worse, the cashier kept looking over at me while I was eating with this ugly look and one of the employees sat right next to me while complaining loudly on the phone about her baby daddy. The store manager walked passed her several times and never corrected her behavior, nor did the other employee who was cleaning all around us. No one promoted the healthy menu options or even spoke to me other than the extremely rude cashier. Nothing, absolutely nothing, about my experience was more than horrible. I will try with all my efforts to never return to that McDonald's again! I will and have already told everyone I know not to go there and why. I honestly don't want anything to do with McDonald's at all. If I had the means to, I would open up a restaurant right next to McDonald's just to put it out of business because no one deserves to be in operation with such trashy service! Also, I hate McDonald's online survey. It limits you and you can't write more than 1200 characters. McDonald's sucks! Go...
Read moreI stopped in here because the location had just reopened after being closed for renovations and my son was very adamant about having a cheeseburger. Not to mention it was on the way home and got me out of having to make pancakes! Whatever makes the kid happy!
Anywho, I made my order just fine and was directed to the window. Got to the window and the young lady asked me what did order in which I followed with my order. "So you ordered the blah, blah, blah, a side of bacon and two hash browns?". I was so confused because I had just very clearly stated my order. Not to mention I had two separate orders and this seemed to complicate the ordeal even more.
Once we got the first order finalized and paid for (which involved calling a manager), I went ahead and once again reiterated my second order. You know you have to do this in order to use two deals from the app. Hey, judge your mother. Anywho, when I went to pay she had to call the manager again because I was using my card twice. What in the world! I told her sweetie don't worry about it. I will pay for it with cash.
It's no wonder the lady in front of me just drove off and left. I'd hate to hear what her ordeal was. Got my food and it was cold. My two burgers were sloppily thrown together was the cheese melted. Not to mention my fries were not fresh. I literally live two minutes away.
While revamping the restaurant, it's apparent that the same wasn't done for the employees. They probably had a mass hiring for this new, bigger location and probably hired people on the spot. The employees could use a bit more training on properly using the machines and...
Read moreDon’t I REPEAT DONT COME HERE . If you are ready to wait 30 minutes for you’re good through the drive thru then be my guest. Otherwise don’t come here , I started coming here about a year ago because I moved into the neighborhood and this was my closest McDonald’s . I’ve probably came here about a total of 10 times within the past year and the customer service never fails at being lazy, rude, and time taking . The inside is always dirty, the drive through lines are tolerable, but to take you’re order takes a long time , then you pay at the first window, then you get you’re food at the third window but it takes about 15 min just in the drive thru window and last the order always comes messed up or the food is toasted. I’ve came here at different times of the day even at 4:00am because that’s usually when I get off work and they’ve served me burnt sausage McMuffins. On top of that it’s very uncomfortable that there is always a homeless person asking you for money while you’re waiting 15 min for you’re food . By now I’m sure you might of asked yourself why not go inside, right ? But it’s even worse for the inside . They might as well sit you down and hire waitress because the wait is so long even for a simple small fry. It deeply saddens me to have to write such a terrible review about McDonald’s ... well , this McDonald’s but it’s the truth. I’m sure others that have came here can relate to this...
