McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

In the first place, I would not recommend going to this McDonald's if you do not speak Spanish. Next, I was skipped in the line to order. The cashier asked me something in Spanish, I replied "could you speak English please"; the cashier went to the next customer and took their order in spanish. Correspondingly, it takes the staff minutes to find someone that speaks English. Once I did get the opportunity to order, it took 28 minutes for me to recieve my order. At this point, from the time I walked in to the time I recieved my food was 41 minutes, which is expected to be fast food. Moreover, once my family and I recieved the food, the entire order was flawed. We ordered Cheeseburger happy meal with apple slices and apple juice for my daughter. We asked that the Cheeseburger be plain for my daughter. We recieved a cheeseburger with pickles, mustard, and ketchup, a go-gurt and a small drink. That was just my daughters order. When I went up to the cashier to get the order fixed in it's entirety, the cashier told me to wait. I waited for 5 minutes and the cashier told me she thought someone else had assisted me and forgot about correcting the incredible amount of inaccuracies in my order. Needless to say, it took over an hour to get an order from a fast food place. While serving in the military, I visited McDonald's in many other countries and many other states. When comparing this McDonald's to other's in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, I can conclude that this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I would not even recommend this McDonald's to my worst enemy because even they should be treated with more dignity and respect than what I recieved. This is not the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. I am finally taking time away from my family to inform the rest of the world that this is the worst McDonald's...

I'm not pleased with the performance of the two locations near me, due to the amount of time it takes to present my order to me. It's getting worse if I'm honest, I started using the app...doesn't help, it is obsolete as I still have to go inside to complete the transaction. Or use the drive thru witch usually allots 25 to sometimes 45 minutes of my lunch hour and is also the reason I downloaded the app to begin with. Once inside there's a sense of relaxation and jubilance. Not that they should be depressed, after all they are making 15 an hour, but maybe a sense of urgency should be hovering amidst the employees during the high flow lunch hour. An abundance of employees to boot. I know right now times are far from normal and issues arising are as well, the issues are products of the times we are currently in, but the problem to solve in this situation has not changed, maybe tweak at the process here and there adding a second or two to each transaction. Well I'm just sharing my thoughts and my ocular verification of said events on multiple occasions with you fine readers. Unfortunately I will still buy from them, once I find a faster way to get my lunch I'll change the post and rating and share that experience with you as the food quality has always been great and...

I went through the drive-thru they gave me my drink I'm waiting for my sandwich and I see the young girl working there at the window putting her fingers in her mouth touching her face and she's handling the drinks in the food. Today i went inside 10/16/17 around 4pm i order im waiting i see this young girl looks like the manager she's doing the drive-through orders and the young girl and the register taking care of customers inside calls her over and she puts her whole hand in her face rubbing the nose then she goes back and I'm waiting to see what she's going to do she did not wash her hands she starts handling food again so I called her and I asked her are you the manager she tells me yes and I told her what she did and I also had seen her walking to the back putting her fingers at her mouth and she tells me I didn't do that I saw you I've been standing here watching you and it's the same girl that I reported that I had seen her putting her fingers in her mouth and they made her a manager that is so disgusting I'm going to stop going...
