Terrible experience on the whole few weekends back. Entire order was incorrect. Forgot most of my burger patties on Tripples and Doubles in a nutshell and gave me ALL SINGLES ! They don't or didn't even bother to answer the phone that night for hours on end afterwards, so I could not speak with anybody. By the time I finally spoke with a manager, she was completely clueless about the order and was working a different shift then (told me to call back on Monday to speak with a regular work week manager, which means I guess weekend managers aren't really managers ?), buyer beware...Comment: Entire Order Incorrect, ordered (7) Tripple Cheeseburgers and (2) Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and received (7) Single Cheeseburgers and (2) Single Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, how in the world can you not Count to 3 on every tripple cheese burger and Count to 2 on a double quarter pounder ??? I could maybe understand messing up one burger, but all of them, really, how is that even possible ? I mean we aren't talking about missing condiments or fries here folks, we're talking about missing burger patties on every burger, so your primary meal isn't primary anymore, its secondary at best !
7/8/2025 Update: Terrible experience yet again from this same McDonalds off 54 and Eiland, using Uber Eats delivery service, but uber fixed the problems and a big Thank you to them for doing that ! The problem is the store, not the delivery driver, just to be clear and on point to begin with.
Ordered (2) Big Macs, (2) Quarter Pounders, (2) Fish Filets, (2) Large Fries, (3) Orange Drinks and (3) Red HiC Drinks on Monday night 7/8/2025.
Do you know what I actually received though ? They were missing (6) items, that is 1/2 the Total Order. Does that mean they fogot to pack another bag or were in a rush to close the store, I asked the manager on duty and he did not give me an answer or reason for the missing items.
They forgot both Fish Filets, both Large Fries and two of the Large (orange & red) drinks.
I called and the person that answered the phone was rude to me to boot, first thing he said is that we've been Closed for over twenty minutes, we can NOT Help you in any way. Second thing he said was contact Uber Eats, which I did afterwards. But he would not take my name down for the forgotten items, he would not give me his name either, he would not lift a finger aside from pointing or redirecting his finger to me to fix their mistakes. Wowsa now that is a complete lack of "Customer Service" or communication skills. I say this having my first job at McDonalds back in 1984 timeframe and remembering that I was taught to be nice and listen to customers, not completely blow them off, be irresponsible and reverse blame.
I could understand forgetting one or two of the sodas, but missing sandwiches, missing fries and missing drinks, how is that even possible ?? I know, I know, I am going to have to quit ordering from McDonalds, so I don't fit that Insanity definition, which states, "Repeating same Behavior and Expecting different Result" ! See I do have a sense of humor, even at my own expense, but it doesn't make their fumbling with orders, being rude to customers,...
Read moreIf I could give this zero stars, I would. I don’t know why I keep coming back to this place. Oh yeah, it’s because the one on Gall Blvd is under renovation. I go to McDonald’s every morning to get a coffee and never have any issues. I purposely drive to the other store because of how terrible this one is. But, because the other one is closed and I’m a coffee fiend, I’ve been giving them my money for the last week. Until the other one opens, I will be going to Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning. If you come here during lunchtime and go through the drive-through, expect at least a 35 to 40 minute wait. Going inside is like a madhouse, so avoid it at all costs. If you go at dinner time, check all of your items before you leave and make sure that you have the correct condiments that you’ve requested because even if they tell you it’s in the bag, it isn’t. I’ve had to go back on three separate occasions because orders have been completely incorrect or there have been no sauces for anything. Annoying when you’re trying to just give your Treat for dinner and you just dropped $35 on food they’re not gonna eat because it’s cold. You can’t reheat McDonald’s food. It’s gross. I arrive there this morning at 5:45 AM and I didn’t know if the restaurant is open or not because the menus we’re off in the drive-thu. I drove up to the window and asked him if they were open and they said yes we open at 5 AM. I was confused because the website says they’re open 24 hours. The woman at the window. Let me know that they open at 5 AM, no biggie. I let them know that the menus were off so it looks like the place was closed and they told me yeah it’s on a timer and it never switch from daylight savings time. It’s February. Daylight savings time was several months ago and still isn’t fixed. I wonder how much business they lost because people didn’t know they were open? Too long didn’t read, avoid this store. Drive five minutes up the road and go to the store on Gall Blvd. The people that work there are awesome, always get your order correct and are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The owners are management really need to take a look at this is establishment. This morning was my breaking point with this place. I’d rather pay five dollars for a coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts then deal...
Read moreI’m not saying everyone that works here eats crayons, but the ones who take and prepare your order certainly do. I’ve been here like 4 times over a year and I would drive an hour out of my way to avoid this particular McDonald’s. Every single time the order is totally wrong sauces and items missing the fried food tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days after being fried in week old oil. The best experience was last week I ordered a few items and after being told to pull up to the parking space to wait with no one behind me the girl came out handed me my bag and said “have a nice day”. Fortunately I’m aware of the 2 brain cells in this place fighting each other most of the time and immediately found missing in my bag was a whole cookie tote, extra sauces they charged me for and I didn’t even get any sauce and I asked for pickles on the side of my big Mac and they of course weren’t in there either. I went inside and there was 4 other people also waiting to be helped with their messed up orders and after a few minutes the young female “manager in training” asked what I was missing then told me she didn’t forget my cookies because they were on the counter right there 😐. Then said she also didn’t forget my pickles because they “didn’t charge me for them” after about 3 minutes of me arguing with this rude lady and customers standing there trying to help me explain to her that I already paid for them when I bought my Big Mac and just want them on the side she was raising her voice telling me “I’m the assistant manager in training. I can’t give you free pickles the cost of food is too high”. Fortunately a kid maybe 17 years old asked what happened and was like oh yeah you already paid for them and got me my pickles against her wishes. Overall I would say the staff at this place is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine or maybe closer to a concrete parachute. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. There’s plenty other locations within 3 miles that are absolutely worth the drive. What a dump. I made a Google account for the first time just to write this...
