Had a passionfruit hibiscus tea and bought a Thai iced tea for a friend. The "passionfruit" hibiscus tea completely lacked anything passionfruit, they ought to reevaluate whatever recipe their waitresses read before preparing from a book. Not that great, and not worth the $6+ I paid for just that ONE drink, to be honest. Spent $13 for two drinks, which is pretty steep, but seeing as they are on the coast by the beach, I guess they can monopolize on that fact and set the steep price they wish. The Thai Iced tea is pretty hard to get wrong, so I opted to try "something new" with the hibiscus tea, but ended up having to enjoy the Thai Iced tea more instead. The PLACE itself... is fine...nothing particularly mindbloeing about the Christmas colors on the floors and walls, along with their side tables full of overpriced artisenals of subpar crochets and Keychain. Definitely a one and done kind of deal. Did the job, for the most part, but definitely not worth coming back to again. Would highly recommend BAKUDAN street fair instead... a bit of a drive further, but TOTALLY worth it!

My wife and I stopped in on a Tuesday evening after dinner for a beverage. I enjoyed an Americano and my wife loved her specialty cold coffee. The barista was joyful and very informative. A few other smaller parties present we're having a nice evening out as well. We're definitely going back to try the Boba Tea and other specialty items. Music is low volume which is nice. Seating is comfortable. Tall ceiling and a little bright inside but certainly tolerable. This is a perfect place for a first date. Although not our first date, we were certainly impressed by the ambiance. Parking is plentiful.

My staple for smoothies, coffee, tea, lemonade, hanging out, or studying. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. The baristas are always so helpful, friendly, and patient as I decide on a drink. The menu is huge! Whatever mood you’re in, Mimas can match it with a drink. My favorite drink is the honeydew smoothie with boba. The beachside location really gives the place a unique, laid back, vacation feel. I love how close they are to beach access so it’s convenient to go stroll the beach with your drink.

Terrible experience! 👎

Was having such a great day till i walked in here and I vow to never go again. Just go a block away to Indialantic Coffee and thank me later!

I always want to support local and I live nearby so I pass by every now and then for some below avg boba. (I am an avid boba drinker and tried every boba tea shop from here to Tampa.) But everytime I go I am continually disappointed with this cafe! It is extremely over priced, always takes forever for a drink, and most of the time iced drinks taste terrible! Also, every time I go its never the same teen/kid working there for longer than a week at a time.

Today though, was the WORST EXPERIENCE: There were 3 teens behind the counter, and what looked to be no manager present, (unless one of the teens is the manager) I ordered my drink and waited. There were 3 people behind the counter, but only 1 was taking orders, greeting people, doing the drinks, handing the drinks off to customers, answering calls, and literally doing everything. The other two just stood there doing nothing the whole time. Anyways,… the people that were there before me get their drinks and 3 other people that walked in after me do too. They all got their drinks and Im waiting for about 20 mins and I still didnt get my drink, So i asked which drink was mine and she said they are working on it, then another customer who came after me get their drink too so I ask again why my drink was skipped 3 times and i felt so bad for the poor girl it was going to take forever and I was already there much longer than anticipated and I didnt want to wait for another 15 to 20 mins for an overpriced terrible drink so i said never mind and just walked out without asking for a refund or my overpriced $8 drink that i never got.

Honestly, tragic experience. Never going again 👎 . . . . Edit to respond to owner comment: or my money back? I paid and never got my drink. Also, yes terrible iced drinks and terrible customer service and your comment is terrible too. Like I said I went many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME i have been a dissatisfied customer (who didnt get their...

Mima's has, hands down, the best boba tea in the area. They also are the only ones that have dairy-free options. However, their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. The last few times I've been into the shop, the workers behind the counter have attitude and are condescending. Today (7/1) I went into Mima's and asked for extra boba; sometimes I just want a little bit more, their bobas are really good. The workers filled my cup 3/4th of the way with hot boba. A customer at the counter commented on how much boba that was and the worker just snapped rudely "Well they asked for extra boba." My partner overheard and honestly, we were embarrassed. When we got our hot smoothie & milk tea, the worker yelled "here's your extra extra boba!!" I was so shocked I didn't know what to say so I just grabbed my drink and left - I love Mima's but the workers are rude and very much show that they don't want to be there. After a few minutes, our drinks were completely melted and tapioca-syrupy. I got to enjoy maybe 1/3...
