The old Mimosa's was great. The new spot...not so much. The staff is friendly enough. We waited almost a half hour (party of two) even though there were empty spots. One waiter servicing the whole restaurant (on a Sunday morning, in season). From when we were seated to when we got the check it was an hour. The food was okay. Omelet was good, pancakes were okay, home fries were not good (barely warm, the bigger pieces were undercooked). The bacon was thin cold and flavorless, not crispy, and five bucks for three pieces. The toast was tough and covered in fake butter. I'm not opposed to a mediocre breakfast but we weren't drinking (aside from regular coffee) and the bill for the two of us was almost fifty dollars (60 with tip). Read moreParty of 4 on a Monday morning. Small restaurant. We all shared that our food was delicious!!! We ordered a monte cristo, 2 build your own breakfast with eggs, pancakes, bacon and 1 omelet with hash browns. Bloody Mary’s, a screwdriver and a hot tea. We all said we would order our meal again. Best meal we’ve had eating out in this area ever with only one meal exception.

Read moreAfter waiting forever to give an order for drinks the server decided that cleaning a table was more important than pouring some teas to buy sometime and we literally was sitting at least 15 min with staff that appear lost in space. We left. The atmosphere was kinda off im a weird way. The staff was literally not talking and zombie like slow and confused.
