I was looking for a place to eat pizza. I found this place with good reviews. When I came in, I heard loud shouts, but the employee immediately apologized and I didn't any attention to it. I sat down on the only one chair and started choosing the menu. An employee immediately came up to me and took the chair and demonstratively moved it away from me. I immediately left this place. This employee definitely has some mental problems - I didn't expect such impudence and such an attitude towards a visitor. I was left with a terrible impression, maybe the food there is delicious, but I was depressed by such a meeting. 08.10.24
You respond to my review arrogantly, you doubt that I found the chair. Yes, there was one chair and it was made of iron, you probably know it, don't speak ironically! I was sitting on this chair and studying the menu, when your employee practically knocked it out from under me! You ask me not to write a review, but to talk to the manager first, but you still haven't understood the problem. Such behavior is unacceptable! Why did you give me the menu if you only serve delivery? Your entire response shows disrespect for the customer, you use the word "defaming" in relation to me, this is how you show your true face. the best thing you can do is punish or fire...
Read moreThis place is the bomb. It's one of those places where you'd never know from the looks of it, but the food is INSANELY GOOD. Their pizza is that perfect, hot, juicy NY style with the big, foldable slices loaded with salty cheese and amazing homemade sauce, with just the right amount of browning on the delicious, chewy thin crust. Their calzones are gigantic and exploding with perfectly cooked fillings, and the ricotta cheese inside has a wonderful flavor, with just the right ratio of cheese to fillings. Their large stromboli, colloquially christened by my fiance as a rather rude euphemism for equine naughty bits on account of its impressive size and general shape, is epic in its deliciousness. It is equally good steaming hot and bursting with loads of molten cheese and meats as it is cold out of the fridge for the next several days until you realize with a tinge of remorse that you've consumed the last bit and have no more of its fantastic amazingness awaiting you, until you give in and order another. I cannot recommend this place enough. I'll drive twenty miles just to pick up their...
Read moreI took my kids here on a Wednesday night around 6pm. The owner Mario was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He set them up at the counter and we ordered a large pizza 2 meatball subs, a turkey sub, and a turkey and roast beef sub. First of all the pizza was amazing. Had just the right amount of sauce cheese and that good grease that pizza is supposed to have. Mario was so nice to the kids and was humorous and all out awesome. While we were eating other customers came in back to back and all of them seemed to have a first name friendly relationship with the owner. That also made me feel like I was home. It reminded me of that tv show sitcom Cheers where everybody knows your name..lol The subs were also amazing. everything tasted so fresh. Its a small place but this place packs a punch and will definitley have you come back over and over again. This was my first time at Mr. D's but surely will not be our last. Thank you Mario for an amazing night of great food and friendship. If I could give this place 6...
