I have never had better Italian food than this great new place! First of all the location is quaint, however modern, and chic. Their open view to their kitchen let’s you see each step the kitchen makes to provide you the best plate. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our waiter Fabio, an Italian himself, made us feel right at home and recommended us our dinner. We started off with the Parmigiana di Melenanze, which was a tasteful baked eggplant with tomato sauce and cheese. For our entrees we had Paccheri allá Genovese, and the Diavola Pizza. As soon as the food hit the table, the aroma is what stunned us. They assured us each of their fresh ingredients comes from Italy itself; and it showed in their flavors. We finally finished off with their Nutella fried pizza dough, and that was just the icing on top. Tim the owner is super friendly and extremely polite. Checked on us a few times and held the the door for us out. For the quality of food, I would expect them to charge more, however their prices are unbelievable reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this establishment, and hope to try a little bit of everything at this little...
Read moreMy sister has been wanting me to try this place for a while. So we went during their $10 Wednesday Pasta special day. The restaurant is very cozy, not a large location, but comfortable enough. I had the Carbonara which was ok and we also had the prosciutto sandwich which was ok also. The servings are pretty big. The sandwich was huge. Im just not a fan of prosciutto in a sandwich much cuz it doesn't break up easy, and usually when you bite a piece of sandwich the huge slice(s) of the prosciutto come out... So I'm not a fan of that. Overall the taste was good and the bread was delicious. I think they home make the bread. Carbonara was so, so. Didn't have much taste. I did order to go the regular marinara spaghetti and the Alfredo. Those were ok as well. Overall the restaurant was ok, it's not that close to my house so probably won't be coming back since it didn't really wow me. The $10 Wednesday pastas as a very good deal, so that I give it a very good review for. Location is also kinda odd, but gives it more of a local neighborhood vibe... I'm sure the locals go here (My sister) a lot. Give it a try, maybe you like it...
Read moreThis is a small authentic little Italian restaurant right in the heart of the hammocks. It is owned by a very compassionate and understanding genuinely Italian man by the name of Tim. His dishes are all handmade nothing is pot and they are made for us to order. On Tuesday they do have $10 pizza pies and they are very generous size and from what I’m understanding they are just as good. just from the moment we walked in to sitting down to getting the bread at the table the ambience is super cozy it’s a very small restaurant but it is absolutely amazing. We ordered the Barada for appetizer which reminded us as if we were back in Paris exquisite. We posted our entrées so you’re able to see the portion sizes were perfectly sized and weren’t again the flavor was amazing. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to take a photograph of the tiramisu which I definitely give you a 10 out of 10 recommendation for. The cappuccino was absolutely amazing and like I said this is definitely someplace you would really want to go back to. As I stated in the beginning Tim the owner of the restaurant made our experience that much better and I would...
