New China — Restaurant in Florida

Well the food was good expect what I ordered was supposed to have been the house lomein lunch combo. I got all the way home to lehigh acres. I was absolutely disappointed. I was going to share it with my daughter as the lunch portion normally has enough rice and lomein to be split evenly. Well let me tell you today's visit amd portion was beyond acceptable. The women had hardly any protein in it. And the rice not only filled the 1 side of the container but was also lined underneath the lomeain side therefore the women was literally half of wahtba normal lunch portion is and has been in the past. Also got general toas and had requested no spicy and it was also made wrong as it was too spicy for my companion to eat. I believe in 2nd chances and hope to have this rectified or I will be canceling the transaction with my bank. And will no longer use thus establishment.

I work next door at Publix I went on a break next door to New China. I ordered the house lo mein I didn't like it because it had mushrooms and a taste the shrimp will undercook. I called them back like 3 minutes later and told them I was not satisfied and could I switch to house rice. They wouldn't give me a refund which I really didn't want to refund I just wanted some food. The customer service sucks both man and woman were very rude. To let them know that it wasn't about the money I took the food back and set it on the counter and left. You are a liar when I spoke to you over the phone I told you I did not eat mushrooms. So my squad walked into this hole in the wall Chinese place not expecting much. Turns out we walked into an experience of a lifetime. Everything made us feel like we were transported to another country (I.e. China). The food, the atmosphere, and the friendly faces made this place unlike any other Chinese restaurant. The menu is like what you would expect but the way they prepare it makes it stand out above the rest. If any eatery could make food look more delicious on styrofoam plates, I would be surprised. The seating was comfortable and all of us fit at the table together without any bumping of elbows! The man working was very friendly and accommodating, he even gave us a lunch special when it was already 3:05pm! (Lunch ends at 3:00pm!!). After we had eaten and chatted a bit, he offered us doggy bags to take home the leftovers. It's been thirty minutes since we left this place, and we already can't wait to go back!
