Niagara Tap — Restaurant in Florida

If you are a power drinker looking for a good place to get in a fist fight, you’ll probably like this place. My Wife and I ordered take out, luckily just I went inside and she waited in the car. The entrance is basically in an alley and there were several intoxicated patrons milling around the door smoking cigarettes. Upon entering the establishment I was thrust into an extremely load, crowded, unruly bar room. I could not find an employee to point me towards the pick up desk to save my life. When I finally found where I needed to go, it was down the right side of the bar where drunk individuals were completely blocking the tiny 3’ pass between the bar and the wall. One dreadlocked gentleman was completely blocking the way and would not move upon my saying excuse me. He forced me to walk in between him and the wall chest to chest as he shoulder checked me. Once I got to the pick up spot, the bartender refused to acknowledge me for 10 minutes while my food sat on the bar in front of people drinking heavily. While I stood and waited a very large man came over with horribly bloodshot eyes and started shouting something at me. When I didn’t respond the way he wanted he started staring at me like he would tear me limb from limb. Luckily the bartender finally acknowledged me and the man walked away. On my way back out through the bar another patron tried to start a fight with me. The food was just ok. I will never step foot inside this establishment again. I’m sure they don’t care as I’m sure their main source of income is pouring booze down heavy...

I'll never go back! I was up all night with my 14 yr old cat that was dieing, she expired around midnight, the next morning I went to a crematory just down the road from Niagra, I arrived when they opened. I spent around $50 in food and drinks, I was over served, I wanted to escape my misery. I was pleasant to all and mostly kept to myself. I played chess on my phone and winning every match. I guess the booz caught up with me and I did a head bob. I didn't put my head down on the bar or anything else but was told "I couldn't sleep at the bar" and presented my tab to leave! What kind of thoughtless idiot puts a customer who they got tipsy behind the wheel of a car? You offer water or coffee, or an Uber, just idiots! Fortunately there was a biglots across the parking lot where I was able to walk around, I was definitely in no condition to drive, something my "server" knew! But how many would have driven their car? Irresponsible to the point of insanity!!! Since this place cares so little about their customers, no one should go drinking there, they're a danger to their customers and the public at large! [Before edit] Karaoke bar, half can't sing but that doesn't stop them🤣. Broad range of people, 40+ crowd, friendly. Good bar food; fried cod, pizza, giant nachos! good wings. Comfortable...

Not sure what to say. Has higher expectations for the food and environment based on other reviews. But this is simply a dive bar with edible food and a dark worn out interior (but a fine crowd of good folks were hanging out, which makes it possibly a decent dive bar).

So. Dive bar vibe is good and maybe worth a visit if you want a drink with some friendly strangers.

But. I came for food and I am reviewing this as a place for food and drinks. The food is a no go. It's just mediocre bar food at best and just tossed together to feed a hungry drinker. No love given to the food here. And that's being generous.

I definitely would not make this a place for lunch or dinner. Yet that said. If I wanted to chill at a dive bar among some friendly locals and at least know the food is not great, but is edible, this place serves...
