Arnoldās does good work if you are really specific with what you want and it is simple. I had a necklace made there and it came out great. So for that work I would recommend them.
Unfortunately I would not recommend them with jewelry youāve had made elsewhere or anything that is intricate or detailed or really sentimental. Iām from out of state and when we moved here we needed to find a jeweler for my engagement ring and wedding band. Itās platinum and needs to be rhodium dipped to help keep the integrity of the ring. They did it for us last summer, no issues. Came out perfect. This year they did it and they decided to polish the ring, which would be fine but my rings have a matte finish so it shouldnāt of been polished. I tell them itās wrong. They say they can fix it and redo the milgrain on my ring for $70. Okay fine, feels like Iām paying for their mistake but I want it right so I agree. We have them fix it. It comes out not right, super uneven and really roughly done, feels like sandpaper where the matte finish is, and a really large scratch likely from the tool they use for the milgrain. Iām upset but leave and pay because I donāt have time to deal with it as I needed to get to work and wanted to show my husband to see what he thought. He agrees and takes it back. They offer to re do it. My husband picked it up today. Itās still not right. The matte finish is closer but the milgrain is really wonky in some parts where it wasnāt before (there was some natural wear on the bottom side of the ring so I knew it would be off there). Additionally there were dark what looked like water marks on the ring when it was returned. I think itās from when they steamed it because they came off but clearly there was a lack of attention to the details before it was returned to us. Iām not expecting perfection, I get mistakes happen and I understand there are limitations with the materials. Iām frustrated that their mistake of polishing the rings led to these issues and my ring still not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDear Arnold Jewelers, Hello! Just wanted to let you all (especially Rebecca) know how very much I enjoyed our visit at Arnold's on our recent trip to the Tampa, Florida area from Missouri. Rebecca was just awesome when we popped in and listened to my likes and promptly pulled a great selection of antique lavailiere pendants and antique rings for me to see. So fun to actually see and hold those lavailiere pendants and actually try the rings on. I fell in love with a beautiful Old Eurpeo n diamond ring.....needed to be resized which I was thrilled they said they could do that afternoon . The jeweler promptly started to resize but noticed two of the prongs holding the diamond needed to be retipped . Very hard for me to choose the lavailiere pendant I liked best but a very pretty diamond and pearl one just seemed perfect and then the Art Deco triangle diamond one said it needed to come home with me ,too. Rebecca was kind enough to direct us to Indian Rock Beach while my ring was being resized and retipped. We enjoyed an impromptu picnic of crab cakes and more seashell collecting while they finished my ring. What girl wouldn't love bringing jewelry and seashells home from a vacation in Florida! I'm not a constant shopper on Ruby Lane but when I do shop it's usually with Rebecca at Arnolds. I've found I can trust Rebecca to be honest in answering any questions I might have. I'm thrilled with my new ring and truly appreciate the jeweler's attention to detail and integrity in not letting that ring go home with me without retipping those two prongs holding the diamond. Thankyou! I've had fun changing those lavailiere pendants out every other day so I can not do anything but praise the quality and fantastic service I've enjoyed from dealing with Rebecca and Arnold Jewelry both thru Ruby Lane and our pop in visit with them . Thank you so much for a perfect visit and the beautiful "new" old jewelry I love so...

Honestly I just would not go anywhere else if I had a need for jewellery repair - appraisals - or to buy and sell.
My first purchase here was over 25 years ago. I've also sold here many times since. This is a family-owned-and-operated business where you can always expect complete honesty. I don't recommend businesses this highly very often, however in my busines, people are always asking me where to sell gold, jewelry, or watches. I ALWAYS recommend Raymond Arnold. Many people make the mistake of going to Silver Queen without checking here. Though not a bad business, SQ will not be as fair with you, and you cannot always count on complete honesty there. You will NEVER walk out of Raymond Arnold having been taken advantage of, or being left uneducated about what you brought to him, or what you're buying. The staff is well-trained and though you may or may not have the rare opportunity to meet Mr Arnold himself, his children, his sister, and other family members are there, and you can always count on the best service, and complete satisfaction every time!!
Over the last 25 years as I was growing my businesses and running all over the place Raymond Arnold was steadfast in building his future for his family, Going from pawn shop where I used to buy and sell gold from time to time... to one of the most top notch jewelry stores I have ever encountered, Raymond Arnold deals in high end new and vintage jewellery, watches, Rolex, diamonds, coins, and so much more. He and his family have been wonderful to me and mine over the years and I'm just putting this up today as a thank you for no other reason than it just...
