I cannot rate Nolita highly enough! I went in last night, a Monday, with a friend. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and only anticipated getting a quick drink. We were offered a menu and our server, Enrique, checked on the kitchen for us to see if we would be able to order the full menu or just specifics since it was so close to closing time. Chef Lola was adamant that we have a full experience, and said the kitchen was open and happy to serve us anything we wanted. I ordered a Caesar salad and a glass of Chianti and my friend ordered the Braised short rib rigatoni and a Hugo spritz. I can’t rave enough about the food. A simple salad was so delicious and the rigatoni was cooked to perfection and you could taste every single ingredient they used. Everything was so fresh and the ambiance was incredible. Tria also checked on us and made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure we had a perfect dining experience. The customer service was truly the best I have experienced in Naples, especially so close to closing time. I will ABSOLUTELY be back and will be telling everyone I know to come. The dining experience was amazing and the customer service will absolutely keep me coming back and sending others your way....
Read moreDecided to try out Nolita for the 1st time after seeing them advertised on Naples Dining Passport. Lovely atmosphere with indoor/outdoor dining. We were greeted at our table right away with water and bread. They have gluten free bread and pasta for those with allergies and sensitivities!
After we put our entree in, things changed. We realized it was nearly 35 mins from when we ordered our meals and no one came by to check on us. The table next to us was seated way after we came in and got their food. We asked our waiter and he said the ticket program went down and they had to manually put everything in to give to the kitchen. Things happen, but we are annoyed at the fact that no one came by to give us an update. Our food finally came, it was really good but not worth a wait of 35 mins.
Our server took care of us in the end, he comped a 2nd bottle of sparkling water and our round of drinks. All in all, it was a nice night, but I’m not rushing to go back to this...
Read moreWhy only 4.3 stars? This place is a hidden gem in Naples! In a city overrun by pretentious overpriced strip mall fare, Nolita stands out with simple, elegant, and delicious New York Italian cuisine, and some of the best pizza, dare I say, anywhere! It's not just "good for Florida," it legitimately holds its own against the best of New Haven. And the tiramisu is simply the best anywhere hands down. Reservations typically not needed, they have ample space inside and out and free valet parking for diners. The service is exactly what you'd expect from an R-C property. The only weak point really is breakfast, offering some unique twists on classic American breakfast, but most offerings are so sweet it tastes more like desert. But they have fresh squeezed and always perfect OJ though, all year round, and the coffee is good. Breakfast is a bit pricey though for what you get. Dinner is a good value compared to other...
