This company is a scam. They schedule you for a specific time and make you wait on the sun for at least half an hour. We bought 20 minutes banana boat and they only did 12. Their reason being they close at 4 after they already took our money. 58 $ pp for a 12 minute ride. What a scam. Don’t throw your money away. I called ahead to reserve a spot, and the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, telling me that if there aren’t enough people, they close earlier. We made a whole day trip specifically to jet ski, only to be told that they decided to close early just because there were no other customers. Am I not a customer? I would advice to stay away, company is a scam. Their scheduling is horrible. The jet skis broke down after 10 minutes of use. The two guys running this joint were rude, rash- and unapologetic with a threatening demeanor. If you are trying to have a good time on the water- I would recommend going to a different water sports company. about as far from the Naples hospitality...
