Panda Express — Restaurant in Florida

So I guess I will join the throng in saying how very disappointed I am in this panda location and its employee(s). I have been to P.E. all across the country and only until the last few years have I been truly disappointed by the way the stores perform customer and food service. That said this is the first store I can say " I WILL NEVER BE BACK" I know this is read as yelling but I don't know how to italics here. Anyway I ordered 3 meals, 2 plates and a bowl, they said that they didn't have enough beef and broccoli for me to have 2 servings ok that's fine ordered orange chicken. ( there was no offer of it will be 30 minutes to cook more or any such thing just a curt your not getting it. At 8 pm they could probably have made more would not have hurt them to have to toss it. Anyway.) Pull up to window payed asked for soy sauce the girl at the window without looking around says we don't have any available. (Big bag of it in plain view of the window). Wife asks what's that then. Her response was it was for tomorrow the don't have enough and need to conserve daily amounts. ok.( is there a shortage on soy sauce?) So my wife asks mind you before the food has left the window. Is there any possibility of switching the rice for noodles(if not no big deal). Unbelievable, I went to this restaurant because there were multiple cars parked on their parking lot, I went with my daughter because she was hungry, when I opened the door, immediately someone told me that it was drive thru only, I told that person that I didn't have a car, so I asked if I should just walk to the drive thru and they say yes, I found it strange since the drive thru sensor only detects car. I walked to the drive thru with my daughter, and stand there for a few seconds, like I suspected nobody spoke, I then walked to the window and told a lady I needed to order at the window, and she said that I have to have a car, then she said you can order to go. I was so frustrated I had to go thru all that,and then at the end she tells me I do an order to go. I left so frustrated that my blood pressure went up. I went to the front and it seems they have a small sign that reads: pick up orders only from third-party companies 🤔. So they have people going in and out but not been to go orders, and why would they told me to walk to the drive thru.
