I love this panera location as well as the whole management team! I was recently at this panera bread in Wellington and witnessed a horrible customer duo that the management team had to deal with while I was in line.
It just so happens that I came on here to review my experience and give kudos to how I witnessed manager, Kayla, and how well she handled this belligerent guest- and I see a false review from what appears to be the rude guest I saw YELLING at this poor manager...
The reviews by Debbie donivon and the review that is in all capital letters (what looked like her daughter who was with her- also being rude) are completely false.
I too recently tried to pay for my bagel and coffee with a $100 bill and was informed that because of a new policy based on a high volume of fake bills received, they were unable to accept the $100 bill. This woman (Debbie, I'm assuming) reacted way out of line towards the manager that isn't even the one who creates the restaurant policy. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than someone asking, or in Debbie's case, demanding that someone act outside of their companies rules..and then threatening to call the cops loudly in front of the whole restaurant. I've never seen such a horrible customer in all my years of dining out and I think that Kayla and the rest of the management team handled the situation most elegantly and appropriately.

Read moreI’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location for over 5 years and I even have the Unlimited Sip Club membership. Sadly, every afternoon it’s the same story: there’s either no coffee left or what’s left is cold. I don’t use microwaves because they’re toxic, so this is a real issue for me.
The music is often way too loud — instead of creating a relaxed atmosphere, it becomes overwhelming and distracting, especially when trying to read, work, or simply enjoy a moment of peace.
Many times I’ve had to clean my own table, which should never happen in an establishment like this. While I truly enjoy the food and most of the employees are friendly and helpful, the general management of this location feels careless and disconnected.
On several occasions, I’ve also witnessed loud, aggressive arguments from a group of older men who meet here regularly. They speak and shout as if they’re at home, completely disregarding families, children, or elderly customers around them. It’s unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable environment.

Read moreRapid pickup is a horrible process and needs to be more organized. This is the third time at this location I have ordered on the app and went to pick it up and my food is not there. They just let anyone take whatever is on the shelves without proof of purchase. Which then makes “rapid pickup” NOT rapid because then I have to stand there and wait for them to remake everything. It totally defeats the purpose of ordering from the app and choosing rapid pickup option when I have to stand there for 15-20 minutes waiting for them to figure it out. On top of that management is horrible they don’t care what the customer has to say, they just respond with “oh”. The first time this happened I wrote it off as just a fluke but now this has happened 3 times….fix your system because it isn’t working!! Horrible...
