La Granja WELLINGTON — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered the criollo pollo sandwich. I brought the meal back bc a tiny roach was in my food. Disgusting. The guy at the register (drive thru) was also so rude. He charged me 2.50 for a tiny cup of huaincaina whereas at the other La Granja restaurant close to Wellington Regional Hospital it is only $1.50 for that same small cut I did try to tell him and he just looked at me and Shrugged his shoulders with a smirk on his face and also I sat in the Drive-Thru line no joke 24 minutes it was ridiculous cars were beeping behind me to try and get out of the line it was extremely disorganized and the food was definitely not cooked well I wanted to bring my entire order back which was a 30-plus dollar order. Sadly my daughter had thrown the entire order out leaving that sandwich and fries with the tiny Roach wrapped up very tightly in a bag with my receipt we had to go elsewhere to eat what a waste of money nothing was good the rice was hard oh and I also asked the guy at the window for the white vinegar Rhett and for the semi spicy sauce that goes with the chicken and the green garlic sauce and he hands me one sauce which was Green I asked him several times however after waiting 24 minutes and then an additional 12 minutes talking to him waiting for the Criollo sandwich and fries to be done as well as them forgetting to make my extra large rice to go with my family size chicken and two sides which one of them was rice I had to wait for them to get more rice which was...

I ordered chicken wings and fries. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching as many spanish customers came in after me and received their orders, I asked the lady behind the counter if my order got forgotten, she said no few more minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and saw other spanish speaking customers get their food and even chicken wings, so I went back up and told her I want my money back, I then saw the wings were just sitting on top of the deep fryer and were done, I asked her if they were mine and she spoke spanish to the cook and he went over and dropped them on the plate. I had to wait another 2-3 minutes for the fries that were never cooked. Finally got the wings and noticed it was missing one from the order!

Goes to show you if you are not spanish speaking, don't go to this place in Wellington because the staff will not serve you!

Have always gone to other La Granja's and never had this problem before! Time to do something about...

It is Saturday evening. We found this place online and were excited to place our first time order. At online menu everything looks yummy and fresh. We picked it up and when we opened it and started eating, big disappointment came up. Food was old, cold, missing food. No taste. Just horrible and can tell you that McDonalds fries with hamburger taste better even on second day than this food from LA GRANJA in Wellington FL. We called manager right away. Personal hardly speak English and did not understand us what we really need. Please if you do not need to, do not go there. Specially after this virus.
