I'm usually not that much of a complaining person, but this was by far the WORST Olive Garden I've ever went to. It started off when my family (3 elderly and myself) walked in. The host, who happened to not have a name tag was very pushy on trying to get us a table. Two of my elderly family had to use the bathroom but the man continued to pester until he got HIS way. After a couple minutes my family all met at the cramped, semi-dirty table, looking over the menu. Soon enough a hipster looking teenager with a goatee with black and blonde hair with the mood of not wanting to do his job came over and took our order. My great grandmother is a extreme diabetic, and salt can really mess her up. She ordered the "Zippa Toscana" and surprisingly it was loaded with salt! My grandfather and his dad ordered a different soup and it too was way too salty, ironically my chicken and dumplings soup was bland. We waived mister hipster over, having somewhat of an annoyed attitude as we politely asked him if he could bring her a new bowl with low or no salt for her health. He agreed and left. By this time now we're about 20 minutes in, nothing to drink and none of those Olive Garden breadsticks. Soon enough she got her soup, and 5 minutes after, a waitress came with the breadsticks that were loaded with salt, making them disgusting. We only had one breadstick a person with the exception of my great grandma. By now the waiter was acting all posh as we then called him over again, having a worse attitude than the first time! Unbelievable....so my great grandfather asked for breadsticks with no salt because they can't eat them with such an overload of salt. He told us it will be some time as he then placed the order. Now for the entrees: we ordered when the dining area was practically dead, so it should've been quick right? WRONG! People who came in an hour after us were already served food, refills, and drinks while my family and I had no refills at all, empty bowls, no entrees, and still had the menus from when we walked in. Lastly, hipster guy came over and we asked for the bill. He looked at us as if we were crazy, telling my great grandparents that they had to use the tablet at the table. Remind you they're in their 80's so you can see the look of disbelief as he refused to give them a paper check, and my face of anger as he acted like I was too incompetent enough to use the thing. Luckily we were able to pay the bill without anyone's help, but the check somehow overcharged us. My great grandmother asked to speak to the manager, so he went to get him. Waiting, waiting, waiting for another 15 minutes and no sign of the manager. We all left upset, blood pressure high, and empty bellies. If I had to say anything on recommendations, re-train your chef and mister hipster. Your chef added more salt the the ocean, and the waiters personality was just as salty. Maybe a name tag next time to! I will never ever go back to this excuse of an...
Read moreI made a reservation a month in advance because we have elderly people with walkers. I asked for a table that was quiet because we have deaf/blind in our group. I was assured both by Anthony the manager 4 weeks early, and another manager female a week before that it would be fine. I was contacted by Dorothy on the Thursday before and I reiterated our need. We had family traveling over 100 miles to celebrate a family members birthday. First, we arrived 15 minutes early and our reservation was not ready. Second, we had to move at least 4 chairs out of the way ourselves, because it was overcrowded with three or four extra chairs. There was no service on the table at all. Once seated our waitress Danielle took our drink orders, but did not bring waters to the table. The breadsticks came with NO plates or cutlery on the table, we rested our breadsticks on our napkins or on the table. We had to ask for bread plates. We sorted out the 2 checks that would be needed between the 10 of us and she took our orders. My 85 year old mother in law ordered a coffee and we were told that the coffee maker was broken. NO COFFEE. So they offered her a cappuccino instead, which came out cold, on a saucer with no spoon. When our orders did come, they were passed, down the table from our waitress who NOT ONCE moved her way around the table, she just stood at the foot of the table and called out names of entrees and passed them to family members to pass them down. There was NO request for refills of drink orders. There was NO request for dessert, although we would have ordered it, at least 4 or 5 of the 10. They DID sing happy birthday to the guest of honor and bring him a peice of cake with a candle, but the rest of us weren't offered dessert. Of course, because you have no coffee! I prepared the staff 4 weeks ahead of time of the challenges that would be coming with elderly diners. I notified 3 people of these challenges and was re-assured. Turns out, the elderly diners did just fine! It was YOUR STAFF that dropped the ball! You could have made SO MUCH MORE money and tip if you had just been attentive to the needs of this party. Managers need to pay MUCH more attention to others needs and employ their staff accordingly, which was NOT done. Danielle was unprepared and totally useless. We frequent Olive Garden as a family, and we were totally pleased with the Olive Garden in Melbourne Florida, where we celebrated our parents 65th wedding anniversary, the server was STELLAR! Same people, same number, she rocked it and we paid and tipped over. WELLINGTON? NOT SO MUCH! You had your warning, and you failed, miserably, and no manager ever visited our...

On the date of November 14 2018 On this day me and my fiancé. Ate at the Olive Garden restaurant located in 33414, Wellington FL, 10280 W Forest Hill Blvd.
At first everything was excellent. The hostess sat us at a table promptly, as soon as we entered she escorted us to our seats right away. Then the waiter came to the table introduced himself I forgot the young mans name but he, takes are drinks, and appetizers order. Restaurant was not to slammed busy. Good amount of families enjoying dinner. Just like what we were doing, waiter comes back with are drinks and breadsticks.
At this time our drinks and appetizers arive. Looks delicious smells wonderful. We ordered. Stuffed mushrooms & Mozzarella sticks, Spicy shrimps scampi. It took the waiter 25 min to realize the basket of breadsticks he first brought to the table was now gone. After we placed another order for Parmesan Zucchini bites. Then he sees we need more water and breadsticks.
He brings the two cups of water only brings one drinking straw to the table the breadsticks he then brings to the table were all hard as if they sat out for a long period of time, Mind you the reasoning for even going out to eat, because it’s my fiancé BIRTHDAY. She enjoys Olive Garden, we actually live closer to the Olive Garden located 5801Lake worth road lake worth Florida 33463. Never had an issue with service over there. Went to the Wellington location cause more convenient just left the mall decided to eat there. This is what makes the whole experience my worst experiences at an Olive Garden. My fiancé and I are enjoying the Zucchini. Right before I ate one. We come to find a blond hair on one of the Zucchini bite.
Had a waiter called the manager over showed him the hair. He didn’t seem sorrowful about the circumstances he was nonchalant saying have a came out of a freezer. Still wanted us to pay for the Parmesan Zucchini bites. Which I found amusing, that turned my soon to be wife off to ever want to eat at an Olive Garden again. And the waiter left me with sour taste with his service. Making jokes saying how he’s “Not all there” in regards to forgetting my straw.
I hate to imagine this being your guys éclat your living by. From having allocutions with friends, family’s who now feel We were wrongly handled. When going to eat out you have confidence the food your going to get and eat is assemble with care. Still feel the factor wasn’t...
